"Why, this is Ponyville. You've never heard of it?" says the blond pony. The name rings a bell in your subconscious, but the entire memory of your boss isn't very clear. Continue dialogue, or walk away? Remember, it's not nice to be rude. Spoiler: Caving One cave was partially submerged, and I was freezing cold. The other was a lot of slipping and shimmying, and we even saw some Mica and Pyrite (It was an abandoned mine)

The anti-air forces successfully prevented a full-scale invasion of the East Coast. AI is functioning and clearing away rubble to get to the underground sector. -CEO Log No.23071-20N" I put down my computer and walk up to the rubble. Slowly, all the debris from helicopters, monitors, plumbing pipes, and walls is removed. Clambering my way through the mess, I approach the stasis rooms and notice that the trapped employee is gone. "Oh for Christ's sake where is that man?" I shouted. He left through the portal, dimension P. the AI responded. I now approach the portal, and walk through.
As I stumble through the portal, memories of building the exact room I was spat out into began to float up to the top of my thoughts. I remember drilling that monitor onto the wall. was the most common thought since there was about 6 monitors. The interface retracted and showed my medical statistics. "Skip", I said to the monitor. The screens skipped to a news feed regarding events that occured between now and my last journey through the portal. One event was interesting: A registered HVI entered recently. His characteristics are this. An image of a pony was displayed adjacent to the event description. I bet I know who it is, I think to myself as I sneak to a house I had already owned before.
Hmmm..... I think I'll go now. Nice talking to you. still a touch shaken up at the whole talking horse thing, Dave (I'm going to be Dave in this.... it will make the dialogue less awkward) walked to a well to get a drink. Reaching down to the water, Dave sees his hands, hooves, and his reflection in the water. *He takes a sip of water and casually goes back for another scoop. Then he promptly yells and runs, no, gallops off towards the cave with the computers! "What the hell? What is going on?!?" he reaches the mouth of the cave and sees another pony looking at the computer......... Spoiler: Ciphered Your move!
"AI, reboot." I ordered, and the computers connected to the AI mainframe in the facility. The electronic-like voice of a long-lost friend began speaking about how the rubble's being destroyed. What's that? I think to myself. Aha! It's the HVI!, I realized in my thoughts. "And what exactly are you doing here, Dave?" I said, as the monitors turned to face the pony at the mouth of the cave. Spoiler: Bla Let's say you were known as Dave everywhere, in the lab and as a pony.
Dave froze... how do you know my name!?!? What is going on? How did you find this cave?!?!? *Brain breaks* *Babbles*
"Look, I've known your name since you applied for a job back when the company's main focus was agricultural innovations." I said to Dave, "So please, calm down. You obviously are suffering from amnesia from that short lifesupport shutdown when the helicopter crashed into the power plant."
*Stops babbling* You.....you came through the portal? What happened at EkTek? Who are yo- *Dave's train of questions is halted by the appearance of a pink pony at the mouth of the cave* "Whatcha doin'?" *Dave and Chiphered's character stare at the pink party pony*
With a slight cough, the monitors retract into the wall, showing the back side to mimic rock. The portal machine uses the installed stealth technology to cloak itself. If she looks too closely at that machine we're screwed... "Um, we're, uh, looking at rocks!" I said, displaying a poorly-made look of neutrality.
*The pony narrows her eyes, suspicious now* "okie dokie....LOKIE! *She dashes forwards to stare the nervous looking pony in the eye* "Wait...have I seen you before?" *Pinkie's eyes, and grin, widen at the possible party on the horizon*
Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap... "H-have I seen you somewhere before?" I said with yet another horrible poker face.
"You ARE new here! Let's go party!" *She squeals and dashes off yelling "PARTY TIME" at the top of her lungs* *Dave looks up to the nervous pony* Don't you think we should leave now or are we- *Dave is yet again interrupted by the appearance of another silhouette at the mouth of the cave. Spoiler: NEW CHARACTER Lightning Mustang! This might b your chance!!! Or maybe just another NPC..
Spoiler: later I think Mustang could work himself in if he wanted....maybe I rushed him....Did I? Before the figure can be discerned, a shockwave shoots through the portal, rocking the cave and scaring the dark figure away. There was another air raid on the EkTek building. The cave begins to collapse and the inhabitants gather their senses and flee the cave. The dark figure is nowhere in sight.
GODDANGIT... I think we installed a backup somewhere south of this position, but it leads to the Floridan compound... After exiting the cave, I was finally able to recollect my memory of the previous visit about 2 months ago, seems nothing happened. I looked to the pony to the left of me. "That didn't seem right... normally a shockwave wouldn't pulse through the portal... perhaps the AI's shock supression field was damaged at the first attack, and now, if that was a joint attack on the Atlantic and Floridan, somewhere south of us the same shockwave most likely shook a home. Luckily that home should still be in well condition since the portal's inside a metal bunker below." I stopped my long drivel about portals and looked forward. In the short distance was a town. Fah, this time I'm not going to hide in the cave. I'm going to interact this time. "Shall we?" I said to the brown pony to my right, gesturing to the town with an extended hoof.
*Still a touch deaf from the cave* WHAT? GO TO THE VILLAGE??? OKAY! *Follows Chipered* WHO ARE YOU ANY WAY?
"You don't remember, do you? Ah well, it's not like my voice sounds the same through the AI. I'm the corporate CEO, but it turns out we're trapped here until I can find the portal linked to the Floridan complex. Also, you're a bit loud."
*Was delivering his muffins but decided to hide due to hearing unfamiliar voices, he is watching from nearby shrubbery*
