Saber looked at the door and waited for the embassador to open. He would know what they are talking, right?
"We will explain the current situation, starting out how we got here first, then we will discuss what enemy we are going to be dealing with." He would reply to Marcus. He was not too keen on making enemies, nor staying wherever the hell they are.
After a moment a human opened the door. "Hello there, I'm the human embasador Andrew. How can I help you?" He asked Saber, then looked at the... others.
Marcus removed his helmet revealing his human face and "Name's Commander Marcus. Spartan. Class 2. Of the UNSC." sent from my phone using Taptalk 2
Taking his helmet off, the Captain saluted in a more formal pose (still a salute, just a more military style.) "Captain Rodger Garr, Caption of the Black Monarch, Spartan III Grade Three," He said in a deep tone, pretty much passing on respect towards the Ambassador. Respect, one of the major sources the Captain had. Respect is what got them here in the first, for example: The Captain had respect for the Turian's and the UNSC aiding each other in the battle over Palavin, which was lost now, but hopefully they can stop the Covenant from committing more genocide, and this was the particular reason why they were here.
The ambassador looked at them. "UNSC?" He said a bit confused. "What is that, some sort of mercenary army or what?" He said. He never heard of anything like that. "You never herd of them?" Saber said. "Well, this is... weird." He said. "So tell me, where do you come from?" Saber asked them. The ambassador thought they came from another human colonized planet they didn't had any information abut it.
"Where to begin?" The Captain asked himself, then looked to the Ambassador, "If we explain the situation, you may need a seat." he suggesting, meaning that what he will explain will be both confusing, but will be backed up with more information. As they neared the large ship, the Spartan stood, hunching over a bit due to the fact he was tall. Spartan II's were considered classics at this point, being very rare in the UNSC Super-Soldier programs. He still had his weapons on him, and so did the Officer who looked like a child gaining presents at a birthday party to Christmas. Had he seriously never been here? The Spartan knew he hadn't been, hell, he didn't even know where he was.
Andrew nodded. "Alright. Come in." He said moving to a side so they could go in. (The office is the same one that was in MA3) He got a pair of extra chairs for them and sat down. "So, let's begin. Who are you?" he asked them once everyone was sitting down. The Sunrider docked after a while. "The captain is in the human embassy." A soldier said. "I can lead you there if you want."
"We are enhanced human super soldiers born and raised on Earth. we originally fought in the Human-Covenant wars agfter many colonies were lost. In fact after this mission i retire." Marcus said "But i think the Earth i know and yours are not the same"
"The Covenant are a religion Alliance of a mix of aliens that believe in something called "The Great Journey," and in order to proceed through it, our humanity must die. Many times we have nearly gone extinct, but thanks to the Spartans, we were able to thrive. How don't know how we got here we do not know, we believe are transportation drives malfunctioned, or, a wormhole." The Spartan looked to the troop, do so then," He said in a low tone, he was in no mood, being condemned in a cryopod was bad enough.
"Hmmm..." Andrew started thinking about what he just said. "I looks like that is he case." He said calmly. "And yes, I believe that the earth you know is completely different as the one we know." he then said. "Alright then, follow me." The soldier said to the spartan an the officer, then they all left the ship into the citadel.
"There was an old Covenant armada, one not from our who had to have the malfunction with their drives, and appeared next to your so called, "Palavin," and glassed it, leaving no survivors on it. We believe it is one of the armadas that had disappeared so long ago after the attack on the Spartan Factory planet, Reach. They took out most of the forces near and on 'Palavin' and are continuing their assault." The Captain explained the current situation.
"So they believe they are still at war with you... err... us?" Andrew said, then sighed. "That is a problem." After a while, the soldier, the officer and the Spartan arrived to the embassy.
