Arcana returned Taffy's gesture with his own hoof squeeze, "I certainly can, but I would like to back to Los Pegasus as well." He looked into her eyes as he continued, "I'm wondering if you're willing to travel with me."
Taffy grinned. "O'course Ah would! The main reason Ah'm out here is to see more of the world," she said, looking at the courtyard around them. "An' Ah can think of nothing better than seeing it with you, Arcana." She added, returning his gaze.
Taffy went limp as Arcana kissed her, and leaned on the table. "Eeep!" she squeaked, as her tea got knocked over and spilled on her.
Arcana got out of his chair, grabbed some napkins and started to clean the tea off of the table and Taffy. "I'm sorry," he said as cleaned.
Taffy giggled. "S' ok; it was ma fault." She examined where the tea had soaked into her coat and smiled. "Ah think ah might need a bath though," She said, looking at Arcana suggestively.
Arcana finished his coffee and said, "I'm thinking you might be right." He smiled at Taffy suggestively and gave her a kiss.
Taffy enjoyed the kiss, and nuzzled Arcana's neck a little. "Oh, sorry," Said the waitress pony, having just returned to their table. "I just wanted to see if you needed anything else..." Taffy blushed a little, looking up from Arcana's shoulder. "Um, no thanks; Ah think we're ok. Although, Ah think we might be ready for the bill?"
Arcana blushed. He didn't expect to be as much into PDA's as he seems. "Um, yeah, the bill would be nice," she said.
"Certainly," The waitress pony said, attempting to suppress a smile as she collected their plates and cups onto her tray and made her way back inside.
"Whaaaat? Noooo! Well, maybe a little, but it takes two t' tango." Taffy replied, smiling a little sheepishly. "Your bill," Said the waitress pony, retuning and placing a small booklet on the table. She also left two little heart-shaped mints.
Arcana looked at the heart shaped candies and chuckled. He looked at the bill, but was pleasantly surprised.
Taffy frowned as she tried and failed to pick the mint up between her hooves. After a few seconds, she gave up and just picked it off the table with her mouth instead, then smiled happily. "How much is it? She asked, looking at Arcana.
"About 30 bits," Arcana said looking at the bill, "That should cover the cost and the tip." He pulled out his wallet to pay for the meal.
Taffy reached over and touched Arcana's hoof. "Please, let me pay f'r this; ya paid yesterday." She pulled out her own coin purse and emptied it's contents onto the table; her last remaining bits covered the bill nicely. Now she'd just have to keep an eye out for something else somepony needed fixing... "Now how 'bout that bath?" She purred, standing and looking at Arcana.
Taffy returned his smile and brushed against him, heading back towards the hotel. As they entered the lobby, she noticed one of the elevators still had an 'out of order' sign, and a thought struck her. "Ah'm gonna see if they want me to fix that elevator; If Ah'm havin' a bath anyway, might as well get a little more dirty." She grinned mischievously. "Ah shouldn't be too long, could you head up an' get the bath ready? Ah'll see you bit." She gave Arcana a kiss on the cheek and then headed over to the reception pony. "How can I help you today?" The reception pony asked, pleasantly. "Actually, Ah was hoping Ah could help you," Taffy replied, smiling. "Ah've noticed your elevator's been out of action for a while, would you like me to take a look at it?"
