The Birth of Chaos

GM: A gang of rough-looking ponies group around Clef.
"Where", the apparent leader of the group says, leaning in toward Clef. "Do you think you're going, new pony?"
They close in, allowing no possible route of escape.
"Nopony just hums through town, as if you were blissfully unaware. Who ya with, kid?", the largest of the group asks.
At this point, trying to escape would obviously result in either death or a brutal beating. This is a delicate situation, Clef.

 

Clef looks around the group of ponies whimpering in fear "Clef... Give me control I know what to do," Kamlin said Clef nods in agreement his head starts to twitch and stops
"So gentlemen who would like to see your bones?" he said with a cruel smile, Kamlin looks around to see the ponies are just laughing at him "so... looks like you want to see your bones,".
"No! Dont hurt them," Clef yelled.
"To bad," Kamlin said, he looks through the group and turns the street into mud Kamlin makes 6 weapons looking like maces, He places uses the maces and slams them into the group all hitting the faces of them. He repeatedly smashes their faces with the maces laughing manically.
"No! your hurting them!," Clef screamed, he forced himself to take control and melts the maces into mud splashing in their unconscious bodies. "Dont die please," he screamed at the bodies.
"It's to late thier dead!," Kamlin laughed manically
"I'm so sorry I didn't mean to do it," Clef starts to cry on their bodies he has seen to many bodies to many since his childhood.

 

OOC:
... I'm going to have to give you a LOT of renegade for that. Like, three points. I mean, gawd! You killed them all!
Oh, and they're going to be a major faction later, so you may have just screwed yourself...

... Crud! Why Kamlin! Why did you have to kill them! Darn my cruel and messed up mind but still looks like Kamlin going to be a murderer.

So you might want to stay away from me when Kamlin get in

 

Clef looks at Kidd with eyes full of tears "I... I... I Killed them!," he starts to sob again.
"No I killed them!," Kamlin screamed.
"Your a monster!," Clef screamed, Clef stands up and looks at Kidd... "please... help me,". His head starts to twitch again but Clef screams no but his head stops.
" So... Kidd yes I killed them smashed their faces in!," Kamlin laughed, "I killed them all,".

 

Eden is not far behind. He looks at the bodies, and he grins an evil, twisted grin.
"That's mah boy!", Eden says, patting Clef on the back. "Let your hatred flow, let your anger take over. That's how ponies make it!"
Eden walks away laughing, when feels a slight tugging.
"Sir?"
A small filly, only a few years old, is looking back at Eden.
"My mother... she's sick."
"Go on.", Eden says, his seriousness returning.
"My father says she won't make it without a certain flower. I've been asking everypony that passes through here, but none have ever helped me. Please, sir. My mother's going to die."

OOC:
Must... wait for other input... must... resist...

 

"Im not Clef!" he spat, "Im Kamlin! you idiot!,", He looks at the filly ready to kill him too he picks up a mace about to swing it but Clef stops him.
"I wont let you do this!," Clef screamed he starts to take control.
"No! I wont let you do this Clef!," he tries to resit but Clef breaks through he looks at the little filly the pony was scared out of his mind he looks at his hooves and kneels and starts to cry again "Stay away from me!," Clef screamed, "Kamlin can break free any time!,".

 

GM:
"You see...", the child continues. "My mother needs a flower that only exists in two places. One is in a distant island, unreachable due to storms and bad weather in general. The only one here is the prized item of the Reavers, a gang I can tell you have no problem with.", the child laughs nervously. "There may be another one in the garden of somepony around here, I heard that Mister Apollo could have one. But I wouldn't bargain with him, he has a bigger temper than the Reaver's leader." The child is noticeably more worried, and then hurries to finish. "It doesn't matter where you get it, just please help my mother!"
He seems to be in a panic as he runs into a nearby alleyway.

 

"I..." Eden says to the group. "I don't think that child is one to be trusted."
The tone of Eden's voice means he's serious.

 

OOC:Horse patties, y'all post exploded again. *grumble* I'll find time tomorrow and account for what I've been doing.

 

"Well, think Kidd. A very young child runs up to us and tells us to find a rare flower. He implies that this 'Mister Apollo' has one, and then runs away really fast. He also implied that we could either steal it from him, steal it from these 'Reavers', or do nothing at all. He was completely literate for someone of such a low age, and he ran in too much of a panic for it to be just his mother. Clearly, something's wrong here."
Eden knows that no matter how young you are, making something up is hard. He also gets the impression that this child wasn't just asking everypony around, or else he would probably be dead. No, clearly there is something wrong here.

 

"What the Fu-OOF!"Luck crashed to the ground as the transition caught him. It was sudden, a shift in reality that couldn't have been expected, and Luck was not a creature of fortitude. He crumpled and lay there for a while, breathing with his head spinning. He had no idea what had happened,no ideas period. He simply lay there.

Timing of all timing, Luck started to get up and collect his thoughts a short while later, only to get smacked down by the psychotic pony and repeatedly smashed in the face. He felt his nose cave in, felt the scattering of painful tears as he caught caught in the eye, and couldn't get out more than "I don't-" and "It's not-". He was too off guard, too tired from the day's efforts, too shocked from the change-he was outside of everything he knew, in over his head and off in the dark, and simply couldn't fight off the suicidal pony.

He almost didn't notice when Kidd got Eden off of him. He heard Kidd ask if he was okay, and could only move his head slightly, in shock and in pain. He spent some time breathing, closing and opening his eye one good eye, waiting for things to make sense, exhaling words that never finished how he felt or how he couldn't do this. He heard them talking, heard Kidd and Eden get angry, but it washed over him. By the time he was finding the strength to think clearly and begin standing, Kidd and Zephyr ran off after Clef, who was missing or something, from what Luck could gather.

"Need a name change. Clearly there's a price limit on good fortune" Luck thought to himself. Still, he could debate the fine points of that later. Looking around with his one good eye, he found his hat, shuffled his way over to it and put it on, tilting it to cover what felt like the most mutilated portion of his face. They were, after all, in unfamiliar territory. Shocked, tired, and wounded he might be, but he knew if he walked into any place letting that show, that would be the end of it. So, pulling his thoughts together and blocking out all tha had just happened, he pulled a face and walked into town as though he could unmake this place with half the mind to and enough of a scowl to make it seem likely.

His body screamed, his mind was begging and pleading for no one to notice him, but he had done this sort of thing before. Asides from having had the proper raising of an aristocrat, Luck had spent most of his life pushing boundaries. He knew how to get into places he wasn't allowed, knew how to cow people he could never actually take, and had convinced people that he was a young but potent mage at the university-and that last one had simply been because how pissed he had been from the sudden thrust of responsibility. He might not look entirely the part, but the stallion knew he could put on a convincing show. He wandered with as little limp as he could muster and with as much sharpness and precision as he could, walked with his head and back straight, his eye glaring forward, and moved as though he knew where he was going.

With a little luck, he just might pull off the battlemage look. With luck, that would keep everyone away instead of inviting a gang bang. With luck, he could find the rest of the group, find a safe haven, and figure out what's going on.

And despite everything he may have been thinking that day, Luck always had a measure of his namesake.

(Looking for a response of presence, I'll then deal with things as appropriately as possible.EDIT: In short, you can say I walk up to you all, and it is worth noting Luck looks like he's about to blow up the whole city)

 

Zephyr looks back to the mutilated bodies left behind, then to Eden, then to the twitching one who he has no idea what to call anymore.
"I think it's fair to say that Eden's right for once. There's something seriously wrong about this town. However, we're here for a reason I suppose, so we might as well follow this and see where it goes."
Zephyr begins to walk towards the area that was earlier specified. He turns around impatiently.
"Well? What're you all waiting around for? We've got nothing better to do today anyway."

 

"You are all welcome to obey a shady child. Go ahead, but if it's a trap, make your reservations now; I can't bury all of you."
And so Eden returned to the clearing. He sees Luck walking from the clearing, so he decides to clear his record.
"Sorry about the beat-down. I... jump to conclusions. But I now realize that neither of us know what happened here."
Without awaiting a response, Eden shot to the nearest cloud, and lay down on it. He looked down to the town, and watched as everypony wondered the streets.
"Well, they're dead.", he laughs.
This was going horribly.

 

Luck ignored Eden in his brief apoligize-and-run. Quite frankly, he didn't believe it, he didn't care at the moment, and had bigger issues on his hooves. The little pegasi also didn't help direct him towards the group or give him any informtion he might have gathered. Far as Luck was concerned, Eden should have been blown up by someone with talent, and should have at least gotten a flashbang from Luck himself.

He didn't act on that thought for a good reason though. The only branch of magic he had played with before he had been drafted, light, was potent and had a vast variety of uses, even if they could only hurt a person's eyes(well, technically their brain as well), and the flash bang spell he had was potent, capable of non-violently dropping most any pony, regardless of what abilities they had. But it was taxing, and Luck was fibbing as hard as he could right now. To actually cast that spell would cost him the illusion of persona he was using,and Luck's mind, in that narrow line of animal speed of thought and reasonable chains of logic, knew that could mean the end of him in this territory.

So, he proceeded onward, looking for the ponies, and finally came upon them as they looked to be debating amongst themselves.

"Tell me we've found a place to hole up" he said, and he knew he was lucky no one had intervened between here and there, as his voiced wavered with pain and degrees of panic.

 

"ZZZZZzzzzz..." "huh?" "How long have I been sleeping?" "Waaaah?" Espir wakes up in the middle of tons of bodies, "What happened here?"
(He sleep walks a lot and ended up going there this time.)

 

Espir see's night vision goggles on one dead pony, "these might come in handy!" He gently pulls them off of the pony.
