She lay her head on his shoulder. "Why did you volunteer for the quest?" she asked, lower lip trembling.
"Because we are going to stop Chrysalis. And I don't doubt it for a minute." Steel said. "So don't worry. You and I can and will still be...hopefully more than friends after this quest. If you're still into me." Steel said with a smile.
"I'm just glad you're here for me now..." Steel said, nuzzling her. He felt the ir getting warmer. "Step back." He said, pulling her back a step as a flash of fire appeared. "Hey, moron. You forgot your swor-" Fire Bolt said as he turned. "Sword..." He finished, handing Steel a huge blade. "Thanks." Steel said, smirking. "Sparrow, this is Fire Bolt."
"Just right." Steel laughed. Bolt waved. "So...uh, Sparrow...gah...nevermind. I need to go..." Bolt said, looking confused and teleporting back. Steel laughed loud
"You laid on my shoulder. That moron always told me no mare would ever love me, and you just proved him wrong. Thank you..." Steel said happily
"I am deadly enough." she said, shooting him a glance. Her eyes sparkled like a shooting star, and her smile was heartbreaking. She laughed, and pulled out a dagger. "These suit me just fine."
Steel swooned, laughing like a moron before shaking himself out of it and smiling. "O-okay, Sparrow." He managed, still dazed
