Steel pulled his head back and gave her a long and loving kiss, then laughed. "You said you never promise things about your feelings, yet you're the most loyal and kind pony I've ever met."
"I've never had a pony stay close to me after they saw me like that...and I've never had a pony care about me in the slightest. Do what you will with my trust, Sparrow. You earned it after you didn't crush my heart." Steel said staunchly
"I'll forgive you...look, I think we both need some sleep. Let's get the hell out of here. I immobilized Chrysalis. C'mon." Steel said, running up and securing the bleeding Chrysalis and bandaging her leg. "You're a monster!" Chrysalis shrieked. "You're lucky I wasn't allowed to kill you. Never touch my friends." He warned, teleporting her to Canterlot and getting an idea. "Hey, Sparrow, wanna sleep in the castle?"
"It is. You'll be my gu- nevermind...you would have to sleep in my room...you probably don't want to have to sleep next to me again." Steel sighed. "If you do, yeah It's allowed. You can stay as long as you like, too."
"Okay. Let me show you to the room." Steel said happily, taking her hoof and walking her up to a hallway, where there was a red door and a grey door. Opening the grey one, he revealed a huge room with a King sized mattress, various combat books neatly organized on shelves, weapons on a rack on the left wall and shields on the right, and two doors, one to a bathroom and shower, and one to an anvil and refinery. "My...humble abode." He said
"Really? How do you manage that?" she asked, placing a hoof on a sword, and watching the light reflect off of it."
"My daggers are fine, thanks." She said, pulling out one and examining it. She gave a low laugh, and sat down. She held up the dagger. "My father gave this to me." she said. "My mother gave me the other."
