The Capture of Chrysalis (Parsons)

"You do love me too much…", rose giggled,"it just removes or sets aside for when I need it…"

 

"Well okay." Steel said. He walked over and tied Chrysalis's wings to her torso. He then lifted her up and carried her over to Rose. "Say you're sorry for calling Rose a traitor. She was helping me reconnect with you." He said to Chrysalis

 

Chrysalis just sat there, feeling humiliated, rose giggled,"come on, you can do it.", rose said

 

"Chrysalis...come here." Steel said, opening his hooves

 

Chrysalis just sat there,"no…", she said softly, & rose giggled,"I'll hug you…"

 

"I don't want Chrysalis to hate me...I just want her to be my best friend again." Steel said to Rose in frustration and slight sadness, hugging her.

 

Rose hugged steel back,"it might not be that way though… you turned her in to the ponies…", rose whispered

 

"Only because Celestia promised me I would get her back unharmed. I don't want another war to break out, do you?" He asked.

 

"No, what is it good for?", rose asks, nuzzling steel

 

Steel turned and saw Chrysalis absorbing the information. "I learned something from you two. Something you two have in common. Rose is going to slap me if I say it though. Chrysalis might cheer up a bit. Rose, you and Chrissy are better kissers than me." He said, offering Rose his right cheek

 

Rose started blushing & looked away,"I didn't want to hear that…", chrysalis laughed

 

"Chrysalis, I'm interested...what were you thinking when I kissed you? I already know everything about Rose here...she's been my marefriend for this whole mission, save for the first day." Steel said, wrapping his forelegs around Rose and kissing her cheek. "Rose and I...are pretty close." He said with a winkm

 

Rose blushed more, nuzzling steel, & chrysalis replied cruelly,"I was thinking another trophy to add to my collection!"

 

Steel kissed Chrysalis. "And what about THAT time, smartflank?" He asked flatly. He turned to Rose and rolled his eyes and shook his head, mouthing "is she ever straightforward?"

 

Rose looked to the ground sadly,"c-can you please stop kissing her?", she asked quietly

 

"Yes. Can I hug her?" Steel asked, looking down as well. "I don't think sometimes..."

 

"You hugging her makes her stronger…", rose says, holding steel

 

"I don't think she'll hurt me..." Steel said. Suddenly his eyes flashed green. "No!" He screamed before he was overtaken. Chrysalis began laughing.

 

"Steel! Are you okay!!", she asked, holding steel close

 

He didn't answer.
"I shot him with a delayed love spell. Right as he bit my horn. He's mine!" Chrysalis laughed.
