"Umm... A-a little...", rose said, blushing

 

"Sorry..." Steel said with a facehoof. "I've never done this..."

 

Rose chuckled softly,"it's quite alright..."

 

Steel levitated her onto his back and kept walking, not slowed at all. "Celestia says in as strongas Big Macintosh." He laughed

 

"I've never heed of them, might I ask, who's that?", rose asked curiously

 

"Strongest pony in the family that is pretty much in charge of all of the apples I've ever eaten." Steep explained

 

"I-umm I still don't know who they are...", rose said, blushing very slightly

 

"How about I take you to Ponyville after this and show you?" Steel asked

 

"Umm, if I'm still hanging out with you, sure why not..."

 

"Rose...you're not getting hurt on this mission..." Steel promised. "No-" Steel began, cut off by a low growl. "Damn. Stay behind me Rose..." Steel ordered

 

Rose sighed,"I'm not a little girl...", she said, then pulled a short sword from her saddlebag

 

A wolf jumped out at Steel. "Rain...of Steel!" He yelled, his horn glowing. A hundred knives rained from the sky and impaled the wolf...as well as It's pack.

 

Rose giggled,"well that's not fun, now is it?", stowing the short sword

 

"There is no place for fun when you have money to earn and a Princess to serve...even if the princess told me to put love before the mission." Steel countered with a sigh

 

Rose blushed & rolled her eyes,"if you're going to be no fun why did I even come?"

 

"I'm sorry! Please dont leave!" Steel begged, grabbing Rose by the hooves

 

Rose started to blush more,"y-you can't spend your whole life putting things like jobs before your life, it's unhealthy..."

 

Steel kissed one of Rose's hooves. "Okay I'll try." Steel said

 

"Thank you, steel...", rose said, bringing her hooves back to the ground

 

"For you." Steel said with a bow
