"Our father was slaughtered by an Ursa in front of us in the Everfree...that's why Bolt tries to kill every one he finds...but it wasn't just our father...it was his entire side of the family. Uncles, aunts, cousins, brothers and sister's...their blood soaked our coats..." Steel explained. "I'll kill them all...every last one." Bolt said before crying more.
"I lied...the truth...was too painful." Bolt choked out before burying his head back into her shoulder Steel hugged Rose and stayed there
"Thanks for not getting mad at me for lying..." Bolt sniffled, hugging Xeno tightly and nuzzling her Steel just melted into Rose's hooves and calmed down
"I love you baby." Bolt and Steel said to their special someponies simultaneously and kissed them passionately
"Honey, It's impolite not to answer somepony." Steel scolded. Bolt kissed Xeno then smacked Steel. "Give her more than five seconds to answer." Bolt scolded, then went back to holding Xeno. Their fillies were behind them, looking out at the pool
Bolt kissed Xeno and massaged her shoulders. "Come here, love." He said. "She wants to know...she needs to know, if you want to be her friend." Steel said
Xeno started to relax, but then quickly tensed up when rose said,"umm… I-I th-thought we were going to be together", rose hid her face as she spoke, blushing much more (what race are the fillies?)
Bolt and Steel both looked at each other. They slapped themselves. Steel raised his eyebrow. Bolt turned Xeno to face his shoulder. "Go ahead." He said
(The fillies are a unicorn and an alicorn, just like their parents.) Bolt stroked Xeno's mane, kissing her head. "It's alright...I'm here...shhh..." He soothed. Steel just stood there, baffled. "You still love me, right?" He asked
(Yes...) "You're so adorable. I want to hold you and the girls forever." Bolt said, nuzzling Xeno back. "I don't know...I'm just trying to take this all in." Steel said
