The Capture of Chrysalis (Parsons)

"Of course I'm afraid…", Xeno said softly, hugging bolt

rose gave chrysalis a dirty look,"remember he's mine."

 

"Chrysalis. Take one more step forward and you become ash. Got it?" Bolt said.
"I could destroy you in an instant, weakling." Chrysalis retaliated.
"Not what happened in the war." Bolt pointed out.
"Bolt head charged her and broke her right wing and then spared her life." Steel explained.
"Biggest mistake I ever made." Bolt growled

 

"Stop fighting!", rose yelled to bolt

xeno jumped & cowered

 

Bolt caught Xeno on the jump. "Fine." He grunted.
"Chrysalis, back up before Bolt and I make you." Steel said
Chrysalis backed up. "Another time." She promised Bolt

 

Xeno held tightly onto bolt & rose kissed steel

 

"Good. I didn't want to be a soul partner with Bolt. His soul essence stings." Steel said.
"I've gotcha, Xeno." Bolt said, stroking her mane

 

Xeno started to feel better & safer in bolts forelegs

rose looked at steel, confused

"Bolt...let's show them what the children of Celestia can do!" Steel said.
"Okay...we've never done this before." Bolt said.
"We've done it once in the war. I'm ready!" Steel replied.
"Let's go, Sacred Art: Aura Fusion!" Steel and Bolt yelled, beginning to merge before they fused into a larger, Maroon colored alicorn with an orange and red striped mane. "Sweet." The alicorn said in both Steel and Bolt's voices.

 

Xeno got even more scared than before

rose asked,"w-what's going on?"

 

Celestia flashed in. "What did I tell you morons about fusing?!" She yelled angrily, shooting a beam of white light at them that un-fused them.
Steel and Bolt fell to the ground, barely conscious.
Sunburst jumped on Bolt. "Daddy! Wake up daddy!" She giggled.
"One...minute...Sunny..." Bolt grunted.
"Well, hello Chrysalis..." Celestia said, Chrysalis waving in response

 

Xeno held bolt tightly, shaking with fear from all the commotion

"steel? Are you okay?", rose asked steel

 

"Y-yeah." Steel answered.
"Xeno...g-get down here..." Bolt said weakly

 

Xeno got down lower,"b-bolt? Are you okay?"

Rose kissed steel

 

Bolt glared at Xeno. "No. I'm dead." He said sarcastically. "I'm fine!" He answered, sitting up with Sunburst

Xeno giggled & held bolt close

rose smiled,"we should eat breakfast…"

 

"Never thought I would eat breakfast with Chrysalis..." Bolt said.
"Get over it." Steel laughed

 

Xeno held bolt tighter,"d-does she have to be there?"

Rose giggled,"what does everyone want?"

 

Celestia sat next to Chrysalis. "Does this make you feel better, Xeno?" She asked.
Bolt looked at Rose. "I don't know...whatever Steel wants." He said
"Damn. I was going to say whatever Bolt wanted." Steel said
