"Chrysalis. We have reason to belive your hive is reaponsable for this." Darky said as he walked forward. Lullaby was looking around. She was not longer a filly, the one Chrysalis once met.
Shade then tilts her head at the question. She figures that ponies outside the hive wouldn't know how it works around here, she figures. "Well, we do a lot of work around here. While I have a cushy job as a head mistress of the dungeons and changeling-pony communications, most other changelings are workers. The small remaining amount are guards." She says and then looks to the clipboard. "It looks like you don't have much in physical strength according to this. That can be fixed with strong enhancements, though they would turn you into a changeling physically. You'll still keep your free will otherwise." She says looking to Taffy with a smile. Chrysalis looks to Darky and Lullaby. She sighs and looks to them with a bit softer demeanor. "I'll admit that there are some ponies here. It's namely our disobedient rouge merchants though. We are not harboring anypony too important if you're that concerned." She says, annoyed that her hoof is forced.
"C-Change me physically?" Taffy asked, getting worried again "You mean... like them?" She looked at some of the cocoons holding baby changelings. "I don't want to change!" She protested. "Please! Just let me go! I'll pay my debts! I promise!"
thunder arrived in ponyville and stepped of the train (if i was a merchant where would i be) she thought looking around
Shade then sighed. "Look, calm down. Unlike my Queen who would care less, I'll administer a small dose which will not do much other than make you stronger. We will see how you like it. If you are willing to do the full conversion, then we will go from there. All I ask is for you to give it a chance." She says softly. She is actually trying to comfort her. "I would like for you to understand that I am your friend here, Miss Taffy. I don't want to get aggressive with you, but I will if you proceed to object to this." She says, giving a friendly warning. ______ Trace was looking around and he already made a few sales. When he saw Thunder, he tried to get her attention. "Oh! Miss! Would you like something?! I got plenty of wears and food items over here!" He yells in a friendly tone to her.
(or he could find me) she thought as she approached his stand thunder smiled at him "what kind of food, mr........?"
Taffy still wasn't sure how it'd come to this, but she could recognise that Shade was being honest. Even if she was making her do something she didn't really want to, she would rather she did it with a smile. And it wasn't like there was anything waiting for her outside, apart from her work. Maybe... maybe this was where she was meant to be? "Okay." She said, quietly. She looked Shade in her strange, green eyes. "Will it hurt?"
Shade was relived to hear her agree to the administration of the serums. She readies them and prepares to apply them. "No. The conversion serum will not hurt in the small dose I'll apply. It'll only improve your strength and give you some improved sensory abilities. Outside that, you'll be the same." She says applying the green serum to the cocoon which feeds into Taffy. She then readies the purple and looks to Taffy. "This one is for magic enhancement and eye sight. You'll be able to see in the dark much like myself, and it's laced with hive mind alterations. The dose is small for the mind bend as I said, so don't worry about your free will. It'll still be intact." She says, before applying it to the cocoon to feed to Taffy. Once the administrations were complete, she put them away in the saddle bag on the right. ____ "Trace" He says with a knowing smile. Hoping she'll buy something. "It's mostly dry grains and wheat, but we also have carrots as a special today. Finest in Equestria." He says, his creepy smile still plastered to his face. It was obvious that he intended on other things, but those wouldn't be readily present.
thunder pulled out her coin purse and reatched in "i think ill buy a bundle of carrots" as he got the carrots she got ready the thorn but kept it hidden
Trace smiles grabbing the carrots and he turn around to put them on the table. "That'll be 2 bits." He says with a hopeful look on his face. The smile still there, not noticing that she was about to poison him.
"Magic?" Taffy had noticed the changelings had horns. As an earth pony, she had always wondered what it would be like to be able to use magic; that was why she was building her machine in the first place. Was it possible these... transformations, could allow her the gift of true magic...? No! It wasn't worth it! She was Taffy the earth pony! Not a changeling! She couldn't give up... what, exactly? Did she actually have anything to lose? She pondered this as the serums started to act on her body and mind.
"Gah" He says in reaction. Before he knew what was injected, he passed out. He was now Thunders to do whatever with. _______ Shade smiles as Taffy looked to of calmed down. She walks over to the lantern and takes it off the pedestal. The lights go out and the place was pitch dark once more. Her eyes glowed green once more and she looks over to Taffy before leaving. "Sweet dreams, Miss Taffy." She says softly. She then leaves through the tunnel and leaves Taffy to her thoughts.
thunder walked around and grabbed him before he could fall "honey you look tired....i should take you home" she said aloud so not to arouse suspicion she then grabbed all the bits he had at the stand then helped him up and to the trainstation
It was hard to tell in the darkness, but eventually Taffy must have fallen asleep. When she opened her eyes again, the room didn't seem so dark, and the situation didn't seem so bleak...
Shade headed back up and wondered if her Queen was still dealing with her unexpected guests. When she got to the top, she headed on over to the throne room. Maybe Chrysalis needed assistance. These ponies did seem to upset Chrysalis with their presence and she doesn't like seeing Chrysalis upset.
thunder and trace rode on the train to the town closest to the hive on the way the drug wore off but she just pricked him again with the thorn
(@Prince of the night: Still waiting on your post.) Shade enters into the throne room to see ponies from the Canterlot Castle. She didn't expect one of the Princesses to be here at the hive. She stands at Chrysalis's side and she awaits orders from her Queen. Her eyes locked on the unfamiliar ponies. Those being Darky and Lullaby.
(Sorry, i didn't got the notifications for some reason... ) Darky looked at Shade as she walked in. Luna stomped a hoof. "No, we never got reports of those, this ones were normal citizens of equestria. I demand an explanation!" he said to Chrysalis. "mom, calm down..." Lullaby said to Luna
thunder carried trace off the train explaining he was passed out drunk to anypony that asked (honestly i wouldnt doubt it from this guy) she thought as she made her way to the hive
