Gears doesn't approach the edgy wolf, but starts psycho-analysing aspects of his character and movement, whilst keeping a safe distance. Now, without friends around for moral support he withdraws, back into his normal, heavily introverted shell. ((So, what's the West like? If a robot is there, then it's like I'm there. Gears won't know what's happening to them and they won't know what's happening to Gears, but I can act for the robots.))
Crimson stayed in the shdows, and studied patrol patterns within the golem's ranks, seeing where best to assault them. Once he found an opening, he moved so that he would immediately attack from that direction. Dealing damage with his super strength to an off guard golem or two, he would quickly run back into the shadows, and await another opening. "Faerie, talk to me." He whispered into his headset. "I've got a funny feeling that I'm being watched. Do you see anything?"
Doodleman just ignored the stare from the wolf and began to walk around, looking to its enemies. He then drew a sort of workbench in front of him and emptied out his saddlebags. Still feeling the stare from the wolf, he said without taking his view from the bench "Sorry if ah ignored ya. Gotta make sure ma things work on them. Names Doodlemanzanilla" he then grabbed a small white ball with his mouth and placed it in front of him "Doodleman is just fine. So, whats your name?" He said while squishing some of the swirled mushrooms.
Faerie Fox flies up into the air and scans the area around her. She keeps her eye on Crimson Star but notices a rustle in the brush around him. "Crimson, come in, there's something nearby." She squints to see if she can identify it, but her eyesight was nowhere near comparison to the equipment Ghosteye has. "Crimson, be careful, watch your tail. Do what you need to and make a run for it. I think you have time, just go quickly." (Rashall is having internet trouble, so he cannot update.)
Faerie Fox:"This is Ghosteye to Faerie Fox I am reading multiple anti air weapons tracking you, get out of there now! comes the urgent call over the comm, seconds later puffs of black fill the sky. What do you do? Crimson Star: you look up into the sky with horror flak fills the sky, the enemy is still around you and have yet to find you. what is your course of action? (remember air support is still on line and will brave enemy fire to help you.) Starfall: "Get down now!" yells the sergeant, as you duck down you hear the report of the wrist mounted weapon and see golems charging through the under bursh. The other four wolves open fire immediately, the rotary cannons whirring to a high pitch and tracking anything that moves. "This is sergeant Nightvien, multiple contacts on the southern slope here. We will hold until ordered otherwise." the sergeant looks at you and then says, "Welcome to the fight." Gears: you hear that enemy contact has been established on the southern ridge, the robot you sent to the west has returned to you with a note attached saying that they too have contacts but are holding. You look around to see the wolf in bluish armor looking intently at the woods, you notice with amazement that his sword is now covered in an electric field. Moments latter a roar erupts from the woods, "Here they come!" shouts one of the Void Sharks, both of the hover platforms start to fire some type of small flat projectile. The wolf leaps atop the battlement and sends a javelin of blue/white energy into one of the golems blowing it to bits, what do you do? Doodlman: the wolf behind you takes out his pistol and his small staff and walks up to you, "Come now is not the time for this, but for battle." he goes off in the direction of the northern area running at full tilt. Wolf-N-Mane runs to the south with captain Swiftwind. Varus stays in the center while Akula runs to the east, where do you go?
"Faerie, you've done all you can." Crimson said into his headset, concern for Faerie Fox's safety evident in his voice. "Get back to the rest of the forces. I'll try to do what I can." But then, he sees that she is plummeting to the Earth. Thinking she'd been hit, he sneaks around the golems to where he saw that she was crashing. Please be okay, Faerie. He thought.
(Is it okay if I use the basis of the Blaze Gear in my other RPG, Equestrian Blaze, to perform abilities? If not I'll edit this post) "Okay, this gives me a chance to finally test this out" A white bracelet appears on Starfall's right forehoof, with a misty green gem facing outwards. The swirling colours inside the gem begin to grow in intensity, until the gem is glowing, a robotic voice emenates from the bracelet. Phoenix Gear activated. Abilities avaliable Dwindling Hope-Revived Death's Bane Disable "Phoenix Gear, activate Disable" A purple arc bursts forth from the depths of the gem, heading towards the advancing golems. "At least it look's and sound's like it works, though If the actual effects of it don't work then its as good as useless"
"Ah, horsefeathers... Most of my moves are designed for fleshies... However..." Gear's shoots forwards casting an air trap spell inside a golem's open mouth. Immediately, it's roar stops. Flying right in front of it, he flaps his wings as hard as he can as an air-brake, forcing a large volume of air at the golem's face, most of it being funnelled into the mouth. When it swings it hoof up, he rolls and flies away, releasing the spell at the same time. The air decompresses, and the golem's head and chest are blown open. Gears sighs wearily I really have to practice that more; it's using too much magic. Okay, one down, and onetwothreefourfivesididididididididididiEIGHTY! There's no way I can do that eighty times!
Doodleman just managed to finish two bombs. He then disabled the bench and levitaded his things back to the saddlebags. He went running to the west as he prepared to launch one of the bombs. He placed some simbols on it and then threw it to a bundle of golems near him. The simbols began to glow and the bomb exploded into a green mist. The golems began to fumble around as Doodleman launched himself into one of the golems back and, with a quick swift from his tail, covered the golem in red-black paint. He dropped down and bucked the golem strong enough to send him fumbly to the other stunded ones. He then muttered something in his breath as the paint in the golem began to glow. The golem exploded as a huge red-black cloud was visible in a short distance. The smoke cleared and the golems were gone. He then turned his attention to the rest of the golems and said "Show me watcha got!" as he went and charged to them. (if im being to much exagerated, please let me know)
Faerie Fox: As you head down towards the earth you feel something hit you under your right wing. The wing stops responding and soon you are descending rapidly to the ground, as you flip over on to your back you see several distant dots racing for you as they close you notice that some of them are wolves with bulky packs on their backs while the leader is a pony. Two of the wolves grab you and bring you to the ground slowly the packs flaring as they land. You notice that you are in the middle of the hill and Varus rushes to your aid while the new arrivals go about helping to secure the perimeter. Gears: the wolf in blue armor rushes to your side and sweeps his sword in a wide ark slicing it through three golem heads before waving forwards the wolves that have just arrived. Many of them lay into the enemy hacking with guttering chainswords some hold back and fire two pistols into the enemy one in each hand. "You are useless to us dead stay with me and you will come out alive at the end of the day." says the blue armored wolf. Starfall: the enemy is still coming but many are pinned down by the massive rate of fire being dealt out by the terminators. Wolf-N-Mane arrives seconds later, but looks around in vain for something, "Where is the captain he was right besides me when I came here." he asks the sergeant looks with worry, but both go back to the battle. (if you could revert back to how it was before, with describing combat scenes that is, it would make me less confused thanks.) Doodleman: as you arrive at the western embankment and see an odd looking weapon on treads. A pony in rust red armor is working the controls and nods hello, the Void Sharks in the area have already engaged the enemy as you take out the two golems. Crimson Star: you look on in urgency as Faerie Fox is rescued by the new arrivals. When you look at ground level again you notice that a golem has you in it's sights, it fires of a shard like projectile you wait for the impact, but when you do not feel one you open your eyes to find that captain Swiftwind has thrown himself in front of you effectively taking the hit for you. As he falls to the ground you hear a roar of rage and eye the terminators wading into the golems, heading directly for you and the fallen captain. You look at the sergeant and you see a fire burning in his eyes, a fire of vengeance.
Faerie Fox lets out a shriek, partly in fear of the daunting figures surrounding her and partly in shock as a wave of pain hit her. Tears well in her eyes as she sees Varus running toward her. "Help me, god help me please!" She sobbed.
Faerie Fox: "Calm down I can only work if you don't move so erratically." says Varus, you look around for the pony that came to your aid. You see him standing on the edge of the area careless of the enemy fire, he looks over at you, what do you do (say ask, doesn't matter)?
Faerie Fox regained her composure for Varus, but was still crying from the shock of the fall. "Oh, thank you for saving me," she gasped to the stranger. "Who are you?"
Faerie Fox: the silver coated pony smiles, "Rashall Firemane, and no problem it's what I'm here for." says the pony, Varus looks shocked as do the others in the area other than the jump pack equipped wolves in the area. "My lord are you sure it is wise for you to be here?" asks Varus. "I must oversee my allies and ensure their safety, if that satisfies the question apothecary." responds Rashall. "Of course it does my lord." says Varus before returning to tend to you.
Thinking quickly, Crimson moved to see if the captain was alright. Regardless of whether or not he survived the attack, he would jump at the nearest golem, and use his super strength to deliver a horse field kick towards one of the golems, before retreating back to the captain. He thought to himself that if he could keep the captain alive just long enough, then there might still be a chance to save him. He would fight as long and as hard as he could, using his incredible strength to tear through the golems. He focused his thoughts on saving as many lives as he could, and not on his concerns for Faerie Fox. He had felt guilty for her being hit by AA fire, and the thought of her safety concerned and depressed him.
Faerie Fox now almost forgot about her wound. "Rashall Firemane?" She sniffed. "You're our ally! Where did you come from? What's happened?"
Crimson Star: "Can you either carry or drag him back to the peak we will form a shield wall and cover your back." asks Red Moon, what do you do? Faerie Fox: "Do not worry about that right now, you've been through a lot by the looks of it rest up and I will tell you all later. Ghosteye this is Rashall redirect all air assists to Red Moon, I've got a bad feeling." says Rashall with worry written all over his face.
