(Nope! :3) When the debris cleared, Charlie slowly got up, and shook the dust off. She saw Stardust laying over in a corner, collapsed. Thinking back, Stardust had been shielding Charlie from the explosion, and took the brunt of it.
She coughed and rubbed her head. "W-What happened?" she murmured. She noticed Stardust and thought back and relies what really happened, "Oh Celestia please be ok." Charlie crawled user the slabs of pure rock an slowly made her way over.
Charlie turned her over and felt wetness on her hoof. It was drenched in blood. "Oohhhh, what happened..?" Stardust whispered, not noticing the metal bar impaling her chest.
"Oh my Celestia, your hurt!" Charlie placed her hoof on Stardust wound and the amulet began to glow, the pole started to break up and the wound began to heal quickly. Within just a few seconds the wound was gone and all that was left was a slight scar.
"Ow... magic still hurts... but, thanks" Stardust said quietly as Charlie helped her to her feet. She gave Charlie a light kiss on the cheek and slowly stepped out of the debris field.
They were traveling down a narrow hallway when Stardust suddenly tackled Charlie and pulled her into a tight cranny. She held her against herself, and looked deep into her eyes. They begged her to be silent, but didn't tell why. Charlie tried to speak but was stopped by Stardust. She was kissing her. Then, a massive, metallic creature slithered by.
Charlie eyes grew huge, she pushed away after the creature slithered by, "What was that about?" she said more harsh then she attended.
"I-I'm so sorry! I needed you to be silent, that's all! I-I didn't mean it like that, honest!" Stardust whimpered, hiding her face. "I'm sorry... I just wanted to keep you safe... I'm so sorry..." Stardust's eyes filled with tears. She took a step towards her, "P-please... forgive me, Charlie..."
Charlie jumped out of the hiding spot and after she knew the coast was clear she walked on grumbling under her breath.
Stardust walked next to her and was going to apologize again, but suddenly an enormous claw grabbed her between its 3 pinchers. "Wha-? No! Chaaaaaaaaaaarrrrlllliiiieeeee!!!!" Her voice echoed throughout the cavern, sending waves of terror and wracking guilt throughout Charlie's body. Stardust was long-gone now, and the creature was likely going to kill her. Charlie couldn't let that happen. She couldn't allow the one who brought Red back to suffer.
Charlie took off, her small legs carrying as fast as they could. "Star!!!" she yelled out of breath. She had to slow down, her small legs refusing to move anymore and it didnt help with Charlie's rising rage.
Charlie heard a roar and a scream, so she took off with renewed strength. --- Stardust was being squeezed hard by the creature, called the Leviathan, "P-please! Stop! I-it hurts! Please!" Stardust pleaded, blood spurting from her mouth. "Charlie! Please, help me!"
Charlie finally reached the sound and instantly her rage took over and her piano keys were flying through the air into the creatures back getting its attention. Charlie charged and with the speed bucked the creature in the eyes making it go blind. The monster staggered back and Charlie took another hit, "DONT. HURT. MY. FRIENDS!!" Charlie was at a full rage now.
The monster collapsed and withered into dust. Stardust hit the ground hard, and coughed up copious amounts of blood, "Th-thank you... for not leaving me... you're the greatest friend... a mare could ask for..." She smiled gently and started to get up. Then the REAL Leviathan surfaced from the depths of the enormous room. <Why do you come?> It asked, grabbing them both gingerly. He lifted them up and set them on a smaller, but still enormous, claw near his many eyes... and tentacle-filled mouth-like area. <I do not wish to harm you... for I have seen what you two are capable of... especially you, young Charlie, with your loyal and kind spirit...>
"Don't you dare speak my name." she snarled and wanted to so badly attack but Stardust held her back. "Now put us down or you'll end up like your friend over there."
"Charlie, please... d-don't try to fight him... I'll talk to him..." Stardust turned towards the Leviathan, "Um... hi there... c-could you set us down, please?" Leviathan did as he was asked and apologized to both of them. <I see now that you are trying to escape... and I would like to come with you...> He said, shrinking down and crawling onto Stardust's head. "*giggle* I-if it's alright with Charlie, you can come..." She turned to her, and gave her a pleading look. "Please, Charlie?"
"Charlie! Please... he needs our help!" Stardust pleaded. <It's true. I do not wish to serve the Dark One anymore. He's the one who controls the smaller versions of me. I however, despise him and what he does> (naming him Levi) Levi looked over at Charlie, <Please, Miss Charlie... I need your help... I just want to escape.." Stardust hugged the little machine-creature. "Aw, he's so cute! C'mon Charlie... please?" Stardust looked as if she was about to drop her knees and beg Charlie for her permission.
Charlie turned and trotted away before she said something she would regret. "This is stupid.." she mumbled to herself.
