She looked surprised, taking off her goggles and sliding down the engine, landing in front of him. "You did? Why?"
She studied them, her gaze incredibly intense before she took the soup tentatively. "Thank you," she said, her voice surprisingly gentle.
She set the soup down, looking up at the engine with a frown. "We're going to have to stop in Istis," she muttered. "I can't fix this."
She considered him for a moment, tilting her head. "You are too friendly," she said, pulling herself back up to her perch on top of the engine.
