Snow was back at work when a report labeled Urgent, appeared before her and fell on the table. She floated it up and opened it, "A miner by the name of Orda "Ore" Nurzak has stolen iron ore from the Royal Mine for his own purposes. He was approached by a guardsman and resisted, resulting in injury to the Guard. Please decide approximate action to this instance." Snow sighed. She pulled over a piece of paper and wrote out a bounty, Orda "Ore" Nurzak, wanted for theft of ore and assault of Guardsman. 10,000 bit bounty. Snow rolled it up and dropped it into the delivery hole.
Firebreeze landed on the ground near a building and saw on the wall a wanted poster, 'Orda "Ore" Nurzak, wanted for theft of ore and assault of Guardsman. 10,000 bit bounty.' He read in his head, 'Sounds like I've got a job to do today after all.' He then began his search for the criminal in the sky, keeping a good watch towards the ground.
Winter Warmth stuck to the shadows in the Lunar Island. Celestia had sent him there personally to scout out the Lunar Kingdom's newest addition. He had managed to slip past the gate guards posing as a tourist and was now checking out a military base from ontop a water tower. He saw troops being trained, but same with every other military instituion he has scouted out, he reconized a mainly defensive training style, hinting that the Lunar Island, although techenically at war with the Solar Empire, was not about to be reinforcing the ranks of Luna's armies. He sighed, this mission by far had so far been one of the easiest he's ever had, all he had to do was pose as a tourist and he was usually just given a warning about not going places, which he never listened to. "They really need to work on sercurity here." He whispered to himself. He opened a hatch in the side of the water tower and decided it was time for a little sabotage. His horn glew briefly, and then the water inside froze over. Winter chuckled to himself as he slid down the tower and blended into a group of tourists once more.
Ultra Violet had circled the market for nearly an hour. Her brow was twisted in frustration as she scanned the shelves and ignored the pleading salesponies. Finally, the hooded unicorn approached the edge of Stormsdale, biting her lower lip with worry as she watched the dizzying view below. It had been so many moons since she had visited the earth, and she had little experience with exploring. The sorceress had always had the finest components and equipment at her hoovetips, but ever since the civil war of Equestria, magical tools had because scarce indeed. She opened her black knapsack, retrieving some dewdrops to reinforce her ethereal wings, and dived from the craggy, looming clouds of Stormsdale.
Kleft wandered through his small room, picking up objects he believed would be useful for the future. "So," he asked the boat operator. "When we arrive at the mainland, what am I to do? Simply walk into an office and claim it as my own?" The driver didn't answer, but continued standing in the doorway. 'At least a BIT of emotion would do him some good.' Kleft thought. Picking up a satchel bag, he realized what he was leaving. Again. 'I was planning to get off the island before these thoughts came!' he thought angrily. Sighing, he turned back towards the pony in his doorway. "Actually, I've changed my mind." he said sadly. "I would like to spend another day on the island, please return to whatever you were doing before preparing." The pony bowed and walked out. Kleft dropped his satchel bag and looked out his window. It was beautiful outside, as such as he had never seen before. He looked up, but no moon was visible. "It's daytime then..." he wondered aloud. Kleft grinned to himself. Celestia must be out of her mind crazy. The sun's glow has never touched Lunar Island, and never will thanks to it's odd positioning on the world. 'I'll go out to the market place.' He thought. 'Perhaps I can terrorize some tourists and get them to leave, there's nothing to see here anyways.'
Dark had been flown to the border with the Solar Empire to investigate a possible incursion. She was dropped and glided down to the spot specifief, as she hit the ground, she could already see signs of a raid. Masses of trampled grass, all trees that were supposed to be fruiting were picked clean, etc. She bent down closer to get a better look at a bush after a glint of metal caught her eye. She saw a box and dug it out and looked closer at it, it was a commander's cigar box. She opened it and saw 5 cigars laying in a neat row, Dark flipped the box over, dumping out the cigars and saw a piece of paper flutter out. She opened it up and saw a map, it looked like a plan for an invasion of sorts. Dark heard rustling coming from behind and managed to take off with the plans just before the Solar troops came through the woods on their way back home.
Ore was now walking through the gates covered in a hood covering everything but the chains he had were still on his hooves it looks like he tied them to tight so he cant get them off. He looked around and saw the wanted poster he looked at the bounty and he grunted he tore the paper and crumbled it up he continued to get to the gate and go to the Storms if he can blend enough in there he can just start over again and be sure to be more careful when stealing the ores.
Firebreeze had looked almost everywhere in the Western Kingdom and found nothing, untill he began to fly back to the center of town and saw a pony at the gate to the Storm Kingdom, "Son of a-" he exclaimed as he quickly flew towards the pony and landed right behind him, "Hey, buddy!" he yelled out, "you can't just leave the kingdom without proper permission."
To Ultra's far right, she heard the cries of a soldier and froze. Turning, she spotted a similarly hooded pony being stopped, and she gulped and hurried on her way. She soared lower and lower, in sweeping circles, eyeing the land below. Stormsdale shifted along the winds, and so it's location changed. She could see the bright city of Celestia glowing in the east, and the darkened shadow of Luna's island south, but the land in between was a mix of sprawling forests, mountain ranges, and glittering lakes. The pony didn't even know where to start! She frowned, and settled on a poofy cloud to consider her spellbooks. Sitting back on her violet haunches, she unchains a tiny book from her hidden belt, and it began to grow in size on her hooves. Once it was at comfortable dimensions, she leaned back on one elbow and studied. She needed Salamander Roots, Daffodil seeds, and a Tiger's Iris. Sighing deeply, her brows furrowed as she read further. She'd have to find a dark, moist place, near a cave for Salamnder Roots, and the only way to get to them is by burning the plant. Daffodil seeds were pretty simple, but she had no clue how to get them. And the Tiger's Iris; an adventure in itself. She glanced into the sky, wishing that there were somepony to help.
Winter snuck inside a barn on the Island, he giggled slightly as he touched his horn to piles of hay and set them ablaze. "I love my job!" He said to himself as he ran out. Snow had finally gotten through enough reports to wonder the city. South Cloudsdale compared to North Cloudsdale/Stormsdale was like the Lunar Island was to Canterlot. It was bright and shiny and very welcoming, this was one of the reasons why Snow decided back Heculius, King of Nice Weather. She decided to go check on the one crossing point was to the Storms country and mabye cross over to see Dark for the first time in awhile. But when she got there, she saw two ponies looking at the verge of an arguement, perplexed, Snow snuck closer to listen in.
As Kleft peered through his window, thinking of absurd events that would scare the living hell out of tourists, he noticed smoke appear on the far side of thr island. "How odd..." he thought aloud. "That's the agriculture district, I don't think they had any plain fires set for today." He grabbed a nearby schedule and looked it over. Sure enough, plain fires weren't scheduled for this season. He looked back out the window. He could see a small glow coming from the source of the smoke. "By the moon, something's wrong!" He shouted. Throwing down the calendar, he burst through his door and raced off to the agriculture district.
Winter briskly walked through a farmer's market, occasionaly freezing the inside of produce, tripping up ponies, in essence causing general havoc. Winter was having the most fun on this mission than any recent one he can remember.
Ore stopped right in his tracks when he heard the "halt" he behind him and saw a pony he looked like a guard he gulped and smiled he eyed at his chains and slowly back at the guard. He backed up slowly more and more he lashed out his chains and managed to hit the legs the pony fell, he started to run looking at the fallen pony and suddenly he slammed into a white coated one and his head hit the stone road he yelped in pain and his eyes slowly started to close "Cr...ap".
Fire gave an, "ARG!" as he was hit with the chains. He recooperated and turned to see the criminal passed out in front of another pony. Fire walked over to the passed out body and put him on his back, "Pardon me, Ma'am... Wait, Snow?!" He said as he looked to see a familiar face.
"How are you Firebreeze? Are you hurt?" She asked worriedly. She shook her head and walked up to the passed out criminal, "Let's see who you are." she said pulling back his hood. The face that was revealed was the face of the pony she had just written the bounty for earlier.
"I'm alright," He said, "I've been through worse." he then watched as Snow pulled down the criminal's hood to reveal the pony on the want poster, "Well lookie who it is!" he exclaimed.
Kleft ran through the market at the fastest speed he could. By now it was obvious that there was a fire in the agricultural district, and he would need help to put it out. Kleft focused only a moment, and he located nearby guards. The two closest were in his regiment; Iagor Swifthoof and Starswirl. He shipped telepathic messages to both. Starswirl reacted suddenly and violently, and Kleft could tell he just spat out the cider he had been drinking. Iagor, on the other hand, didn't seem to notice at all. 'That idiot is probably screwing some mare.' Kleft thought rashly. "Kleft? What's this about the agricultural district?" Starswirl sent him. "I'm sure it's on fire. Get some other guards and meet me down there." Kleft responded. He looked ahead and spotted an odd looking tourist glance around a moment before casting a spell. The nearby apples instantly spoiled, and they continued on their way. 'What...' Kleft thought. "Starswirl," Kleft sent to the guard he had just comissioned. "I'll be down there momentarily, I want to check something real fast." Starswirl responded with a "Will do" and teleported out of Kleft's range. Kleft gathered himself to a trot and confronted the suspicious tourist. "Mind telling me what that business with the apples was back there?" He asked.
Snow castes a spell which bonded up the criminal in magic rope, "Let's get him to jail." she said. Winter turned to see a guard approach him, Damn it, let my guard down, he thought to himself. He suddenly started chuckling, "Oh, that was nothing!" he laughed, "Wait till you see this!" he said with an evil grin, the guard was suddenly trapped in an ice cocoon and could only watch as Winter disappeared in the shadows. (And don't worry Kleft, its temporary)
"Right." Fire said as they began to head towards the military base, which doubled as a prison. "So how's life been?" Fire asked Snow as they walked.
"Busy. You have no idea the amount of paperwork Heculius sends my way." Snow replied, involuntarily rubbing her eyes. "What about you?"
