Luna said to Rosy remembering the spell Twilight used with Rarity once a long time ago. Well, she didn't saw it, she just heard that from Twilight herself, uet she kbew what spell was that.
(NINJA'D! ) "Really?" asked Rosy curiously. She looked at her hooves, and imagined them off the ground. She shivered. "I'd.. better think about it." she said, a little sheepishly. Rosy was confused by the conversation between Usagi and Lio, but she sensed that Lio was uncomfortable. She was well accustomed to the feeling, and changed the subject. "You know, in Vanhoover, where I used to live, I taught young ponies. They looked around your age, Usagi."
"I could make you a true Pegasus," Discord offered, inspecting his claws; taking Rainbow Dash's ability to fly had been a much harder task than changing a normal pony's race would be. "Not sure why you'd want to trade magic for wings though," he added.
"I'm six! Mommy teaches me stuff and so does Kimitsu. I also learned a little about fighting from Grimlock, and Megatron taught me how to disarm bolder traps." According to the bartender just about every ancient temple had a bolder trap and unless you wanted to be running from it Indianan Jones style it was best to disarm it. It took her a lot of tries to get it right but she had fun getting it wrong. Grimlock almost got rolled over once, but she was always fast enough to get away. Usagi smiled, then she thought she should explain who everyone was. Kimitsu is my big sister, she's really younger than me but she was born older. Grimlock and Megatron are two ladies that used to be giant robots." Lio sighed, Usagi needed to learn what to share and what not to.... Then again it wasn't like he hadn't mentioned an alternate Megatron earlier.
Rosy agreed about the wings with Discord. "I suppose I could just focus on levitating spells." she said. However, Usagi's outburst confused her, but she supposed it confused everyone else in the group as well. She decided to just go with it. "Kimitsu, did you say? That's a lovely name. I have to say, both you and your sister have extraordinary names."
"The names are quite interesting." Luna had to admit, although she was till confused about everything else that Usagi said. Darky felt exactly the same. What was she talking about?
"Mommy named me after the plushie that got sewn to her arm, and Kimitsu was named after the person she was cloned from. His name was Himitsu, mommy changed a letter so Kimitsu's nickname could be Kimi." Lio could see the confusion on everyone's faces. What surprised him was no one ever seemed confused when Usagi called him 'mommy'.
A short time had passed and Frozen exited his room, freed from the burden of his saddlebags. He was quite surprised to find everypony else was still congregating in the hallway.
"Ah, our other recent arrival," said Discord, noticing Frozen "Have you met Usagi?" He asked the white stallion, in part to distract the filly from... whatever she was talking about.
"Hm?" Frozen asked, as he wasn't quite certain what discord was referring to. However, when he saw the filly, he smiled. "Ah, no, I haven't had the pleasure." He had always wanted children, but he wasn't exactly in a marriagable position anymore.
"Hello! Nice to meet you!" While couldn't read minds, he could read facial expressions. Granted he was wrong half the time, but he never said he read them well. "It is never too late or too impossible to have children. Usagi was born though extraordinary circumstances and her sister adopted me as her father. If there is a will there's a way and sometimes even if it's against your will there's a way."
Frozen smiled sadly, "No windigo mare in her right mind would have me," he said, "and mortal lives are too transient for me to get very attached romantically."
"Mommy's never been married." "As I said extraordinary circumstances. I just wish I could get her to stop calling me mommy...."
Frozen turned his attention to the royal couple, "I understand your reasons for being concerned about me," he said, "however I can assure you that I am the sole Windigo here. I am no more welcome among my own people than I am among yours."
Aura had found herself staring at the salad and decided she might as well throw it away. after she did she could feel vibrations which were from multiple voices and followed them,until she noticed Frozen and then freaked out and ran.
Usagi pouted at Aura's reaction. "That was rude!" "Odd too, she's deaf, how would she even know what Frozen Heart is?" It was definitely Frozen she ran from, but why? The Blind tend to have better insight, but the deaf.... No it made no sense. Frozen simply looked like a Stallion Unicorn. It would half make sense if she was a local, but she said she was from Clouldsdale, and the locals normally don't run from unicorns only glare.
"It is strange," Frozen said, "the few ponies I have taken into my confidences had to be told what I am. Only a few very sensitive Chineighse scholars, that I studied with, actually suspected my true nature. She must be incredibly gifted."
"Yes," Mused Discord, leaning against the wall, "There's a lot of that going around here; quite the interesting group."
