"Oh." Rosy said, pushing her hair back. "Well, I'm going to go make some tea. If you'd like, you can tell Luna about it while I'm making it. Anyone else want any?"
"I would like some." Luna said with a gentle smile as she wrapped Darky with her wing. "Me to please." Darky said.
In response to Rosy's offer, Discord shook his head, and pointed at his milk, which he was still drinking. (the glass didn't seem to be getting any emptier)
She smiled at the milk glass, and went into the kitchen. The sound of rushing water, and a kettle could soon be heard.
"I'm fine, thank you miss Rosy," Frozen said as he sat down across from Luna and Darky and sighed. He began from the dream's opening and related as much as he could remember to the royal couple as the group waited for their tea.
"So that was wha happened." Luna said. "Can you do something about that.?" Darky asked her. She began to think what to do.
A Crystal Hydra, she had never heard of such a thing. She had been worried about eavesdropping but since they invited Discord of all ponies.... Her train of thoughts got derailed by a knocking at the main door. Who would be knocking at this hour. Changing the camera veiw to outside she saw a silver unicorn with a short gray mane. The pony was very skinny a lacked a tail, she focused the camera on the cutie mark. It was a fusion cannon. "Megatron, I completely forgot she was in Eqestria!"
"So you don't know what it is ei.." Frozen began, but he paused when the knocking began. "Was our host expecting another guest?"
"I dont know." Darky said. "About the creature, I don't kbow what it it." Luna said. "But I think I saw it in a book back in Canterlot, but I don't remember it."
Discord had been thinking about what Frozen had said, about the frozen tundra and the Crystal Hydra; it all sounded vaguely familiar, like he had seen something on the subject recently. Luna's last remark made him realise what it was. "Is this the book you mean?" he asked, stomping his hoof to summon a thick and ancient tome titled "The Flora and Fauna of the Crystal Empire; A Complete Guide" He placed the book on the table next to his milk. He had picked it up as he was leaving the castle; he liked to be prepared, although he was rarely sure what for. He'd thought at the very least it would make a good salad.
Kimitsu quickly left the lab making sure to take all the precautions to prevent residents from entering. Then she teleported to the opposite side of the hallway to the front door. Opening the door she better tell that Megatron looked beat up and malnourished. "Megan what happen to you, what happen to your tail?" "I don't want to talk about what happen to my tail. As for me...I spent a month locked up in a cave because some cult leader couldn't remove my cutie mark. Then when she got beat the villagers didn't know I was locked up so I spent another two week in the cave without food until they accidentally stumbled upon me. I should have prepared better, I completely underestimated the dangers of this world." Megaton frowned. She thought the dangers of Equestia would pale in comparison of the places she'd been to before. "I need a bath, a meal, and supplies. Your dad still owe me for Discord's Heart."
"Our earliest memories are from the frozen north," Frozen said, "Though areyou certain this creature would reside there? It seemed largely...demonic... in nature."
"Hmm?" Discord looked at Frozen, "Oh, I haven't actually read it, but I do know you can find Demons in many places, often in the last place you'd think to look. And if there's not a Demon, there's often a portal. You'd think Celestia could have cleaned it all up, or at least put up some signs. Guess she's got more important things to do..." "Here," he slid the book towards Frozen, "knock yourself out, and If you need any more help, just rub this lamp." He handed Frozen a Discord lamp, having summoned it whilst talking.
"Thank you," Frozen said as he accepted the lamp, "I may have need of your aid in due time." Frozen placed the lamp nearby and immediately began to study the tome.
Luna took a look the the book. She saw creatures that she remembered from a long time ago... and other that she had never seen. She was a bit surprised about that. Darky snuggled her a little as she looked at the book.
Rosy entered with a tray. A teapot sat in the center, and around it were various mugs. A small plate of biscuits sat off to the side, and they smelt delicious. She had sugar and cream, and she returned to her seat, and made nervous motions with her hooves. "I'm sorry if it isn't enough." she said uneasily.
"Looks good to me," Discord said, before grabbing a biscuit with his mouth (but only after pushing it across the table a few times; it was harder than it looked!)
Luna looked at her and saw everything she brought. "Is alright." Luna said after she said that. She got herself some tea and put some sugar and cream to it, then took a small sip as her husband snuggled her. "It is quite good, did you made it yourself?" She asked her. Darky got herself a cup of tea also, then looked at Discord and laughed a litte as he tried to grab the biscuit.
She blushed a little. "I'm sorry. I found the biscuits in the cupboard, and I heated them up. The tea was also in there."
"Is alright." Luna said with a gentle smile to Rosy as she took another sip of it and then started eating a biscuit.
