[Since the final major play is back let the RP continue!] Queen Acionna was out and about town curious about what happened to the statues last night. She heard from the mayor that it had been the work of the Changeling Queen, but the magic reeked of chaos.... While she was aware the Pony that set up the strange glass house outside of town could use chaos magic, it didn't feel like his work. Discord himself was back. She would have words with him. Elements of Harmony or not, she wouldn't let him run wild in Horse Head Bay. The most likely place to find Discord was probably the one place he knew he shouldn't be. So the Library was her destination. ~~~ After getting himself back to normal Lio was grateful it happened so easily. Now he need to visit the beach. Megan reappeared in the basement. She hoped there hadn't been any changes to the time stream. "Welcome back." "I hate time travel...."
"...Or was it right?" Discord furrowed his brow and summoned a map, turning it this way and that until he got his bearings. The few ponies wondering about looked up in fright and confusion as a large map-shaped void opened in the sky, and a gigantic fanged yellow pegasus peered down at them. "Ah yes," He said to the others, seeing his own location and the library's clearly now. "It's this way." He closed the map, and the strange tear in the sky closed over, leaving the townsfolk blinking and rubbing their eyes. Whistling nonchalantly, Discord trotted off in the direction of the library.
Luna turned to Discord as he saw the map. Great. She thought as soon ass he saw theg giantic one up. "Uh.... we have to make sure he doest get in trouble..." darky said after a moment. Luna just nodded .
Mayor Sunburst saw several ponies look up in bewilderment. He looked up just in time to see a gigantic fanged yellow Pegasus peered down just before the map closed. When he became mayor his predecessor warned him of Discord. A single fang, the yellow Pegasus was Discord. What what the Avatar of Choas looking for? Whatever it was the town guard needed to be alerted. He might need Lioconvoy and Queen Acionna help as well. [Good job keeping under the radar.]
"Discord!" Rosy said, flustered, following him with the rest of the party. "We really shouldn't draw attention to ourselves!" If the Glass House was to be a somewhat permanent home, this couldn't happen. Shaking her head, she pulled the hood of the old cloak slightly lower on her face, concealing her bright blue eyes. She gave a small sigh, much like an frustrated parent, but a hint of a smile crossed her face, betraying her thoughts.. "I must say, though, perhaps it was worth it. Did you see their faces?"
"Oh I do apologise,"Discord said, his voice dripping with anything but sincerity, "But it is a little-known fact that if I don't exercise my powers frequently, the entire Universe will collapse!" He turned around and threw his hooves in the air for emphasis. "It is so little-known in fact, that the necessary parties may not have been informed, and it may not even be true; but that's not a chance we really want to take, now is it?"
"Uhm.... you have a point I think..." darky said after Discord sort of explained. He didnt wanted to see the universe to explode. Luna sighed. "I understand that, but please, refrain from doing it like that. It might frighten the citizens of the town." She said calmly to him.
"Nah, we have sea ponies and changling half-breeds living here. Not to mention the friendly Hydra at the amusement park. The folks here are used to strangeness. You'll get confusions a plenty, but it takes a lot more than that to frighten the folks of Horsehead Ma'am." The yellow horse had a pink mane and tail. A purple streak ran through his mane, but not his tail. He wore upon his head a green cowboy hat and sitting on the brim of that hat was blue grasshopper. Around his neck was a denim bandana. He was the captain of the town guard but he preferred the tittle Sheriff. "Sorry ladies and gents I wasn't ease droppin, just arrived when you mentioned frightening the folks. Names, Tex Sagebrush. I'm the law of this here town. Mam' that's a mighty good cosplay of Princess Luna."
"A.... cosplay?" Luna said, her eyes widening as the ... local officer, said those words. If they all worshiped her as much as she heard, it was odd... and a bit insulting, they didn't recognized her, the real one! She sighed and facehoofed. "Really... a cosplay..." she shook her head. Darky turned to her and gave her a soft nuzzle to calm her down. "Is alright." He then turned to Tex. "You know, she is the real Princess Luna..." He said calmly to him. He saw the... green cowboy hat? What a color to do it, he was more used to Applejack's hat, so... yeah. Everything else... he looked like a real cowboy.
A beam of panic shot through Rosy. This was not good. She needed to be unrecognized. She was being stupid; hanging out with the Royal Couple and Discord. Stepping to the outskirts of the group, she quietly distanced herself, and headed to the library alone. It was unfortunate, but it had to be this way. She'd see the others later.
Moonstone watched the dark grey unicorn separate herself from the 'Princess's' group. The pony with chestnut brown main had a very strange cutie mark. Maybe she was an Alien disguised as a pony! The blue coated Unicorn ran up to the alien as fast as she could! "Hello there! My name's Moonstone! People say I look a lot like Rainbowdash, but I'm a Unicorn and she's a Pegasus. Also I think my main style actually resembles's Fluttershy's more even if it is a rainbow's like Rainbowdash. You know who I'm talking about right? I mean most ponies know who the Elements of Harmony are. I mean if I were to talk about a band like Unstable then you'd probably not know who I'm talking about, but you should know about the Elements of Harmony. So your cutie mark? Are you an Ailen?" ~~~~ "I know nothing of the sort sir. No offence ma'am but we get Princess Luna's around all the time since the Elements of Harmony released her from the evil of Nightmare Moon. Not saying you can't be the real deal, but I ain't going to go assuming. Certain ponies and changelings like to take advantage of the fact we hold a great deal of respect for the younger of the princess sisters. It be a disservice to the folks if I didn't confirm your identity. Especially with you being up and about during the day."
Luna sighed. "Is alright, I... understand your concern about it. What do you need for me to actually confirm you my identity? Perhaps bring the moon up, but I would ask my sister to bring the sun down for a moment... but that might cause some problems around equestria just fur this..." Luna sighed, even if she did want to have a moment of her own with her stallion, being not recognized as a princess was kind of... annoying up to some point. Darky looked at her. "We will think on something, in the mean time lets roll with it, perhaps you can show them at night when you have to bring up the moon, this will give you enough freedom to do what you want to do." he said smiling to Luna. She smiled and nodded. "Sounds like a good idea." She said.
"If you want some time to just be a pony, then best you don't prove it. When you do the folks here won't let you be. Especially the Sea Ponies. I'll have a talk with the odd bloke who live outside of town. He's got a bunch of weird things that could confirm who you are without letting the rest of the town know. Course the Queen could confirm who you are too, but then that would be the same as you proving it yourself." He was inclined to believe that this was the real Luna. The way here 'husband' talked it made it sound like come to Horsehead bay to relax. She really chose the wrong town for that. Tex looked at the two with them. An odd looking Unicorn and a Pegusus with a fang. Right...A princess, and Windigo and Discord walk into a town. Sounded like the start of a bad joke. He shook his head and moved along. The last thing he wanted was Discord going wild in town. Maybe if the draconees(sp?) thought he was fooling people then he'd behave himself. Course some Changlings had fangs too, but normally they came in pairs. [Frozen is still in your group isn't he? Hey TRP can you make sure he knows this is back?]
(draconequus. I honestly don't know, pm frozen or something.) Luna nodded."Perhaps you are right on that, but still, I don't want ponies going around claiming to be me." Luna said stomping a hoof. "In the mean time I will allow those.... impostors to do what they wish." She then turned to Tex. "Perhaps talking with that pony will show you I am the real princess so you can be by my side when I have to show the town I'm the real princess of the night." Luna said calmly to him, but sadly he had already left. She sighed at that. Darky nodded and smiled. "If you think that is the best, I will support you dear." he said smiling. Luna smiled again and gave him a soft nuzzle in his nose. "thank you honey." She said before getting ready to advance again.
Rosy started as the hyperactive mare approached her. It took her a moment to thoroughly digest what the unicorn had said, she had spoken so rapidly. "My.. cutie mark?" she asked, peering at the fermata mark on her flank. "I'm not an alien, or at least, I don't think I am," she said, cocking her head. "My cutie mark is a musical notation; it represents singing." She looked at the mare's rainbow mane with interest. "I think your mane is very nice, but I am not extremely familiar with the Elements of Harmony." She knew who they were, of course, and she vaguely knew what they looked like, but.. certain events had distracted her from paying attention to the going-ons of her country. She ducked her head in slight embarrassment. (I think Uglarinn is moving currently, or at least getting ready to do so.)
A musical notation? It looks like an alien mark to me. But then again I don't know much about music. I know a lot about the stars. Did you know that the light from the stars we see is super old! The stars we see at night might not even be around anymore. The sky is amazing. You're not familiar with the Elements of Harmony! That's bad, I mean Princess Celestia, total loser, but the Elements of Harmony, even without their powers they saved Canterlot from the Changelings. I have a poster I can show you. How about you come over to my place, there's lot's you probably should know about Princess Twilight and her friends." Moonstone started nudging the still unnamed Unicorn in the direction of her home. ~~~ After talking to Megatron about his time trip Lio strapped on one of his canisters and headed off to the beach. He wondered how the others were getting along in town.
"No!" Rosy exclaimed, her adrenaline level rising slightly in fear. "I mean.." she said, trying to cover up her outburst. "I have to get to the library. But you can come with me if you'd like."
