(So sorry for missing your post, SPT! It won't happen again!) In a blur, a horseman rushed into the woods, and straight at one of the brutes. With a single swing of his axe, the horseman lobbed of the skeleton's black head. "Ho, hey!" the man cried out. "I do hope I am not late."
Nobby looked at the incoming horseman, raising a brow, it was Nobby's job to be late! "Who the heck are you!?" He would call out to the horseman, with his old man's sight, he only saw a blurred shape on a horse, but he moved over to Selene, "Are you alright lass?" Of course, he did notice the bolt!
Stanford reached down at the arrow in her calf and quickly ripped it out, trying to make the pain go by quicker. "I'm sorry Selene, I can't touch that arrow in your gut though, not going to risk injuring something important." He said, his cheery tone wavering.
"I-I have a spare healing potion..." Oliver chimed in. "I think I should be able to get it out, if she drinks it."
The horseman paused. "Oh. I almost forgot, fair maiden. I was sent by the queen. She needs to speak to you about these skeletons, and some quest thing." he said. He searched around in his back for a healing potion, then drank it. "Oh, my... You guys are in tough shape."
"C-Can we get moving, maybe, please? My arm is broken, I th-think, if that's okay." Oliver whimpered, attempting to stand.
"Here..." said Selene softly. She took a thick arrow from her quiver, and pulled some gauze from a small first aid kit on her side. She strapped the arrow to his arm and wrapped the gauze around it. "I don't know what else to do in this case."
(Are we still waiting for someone to join?) Aeria opened her eyes and found herself lying behind the rock. "Ugh... Why do I have to be alive after such battle... What kind of bandits are those that they using magically summoned skeletons against travelers?" she thought. She leaned to the rock. She was dizzy due to blood loss, but she still managed to see a horseman nearby. "So it's not over yet" she thought reaching and plugging fire crystals to her armlet, and aiming her hand at horseman.
Stanford pulled the arrow out of his shoulder and tossed over at Aeria. "Ey! Hold your fire, they're here to help us!"
(I didn't forget about The Green Army, honest!) "I-I think we should maybe follow the guy." Oliver said, still cowering behind a rock.
Stanford stood up, twisting his shot arm with a snap and moving it around, making sure it moves smoothly. "Sounds like a plan."
"Ugh... I barely walking" Aeria said. "but before we go... To me my precious" she claimed. Crystal that shown location of bandits mage floated to her hand. It was black colored now.
Oliver got to his feet and gave a low sigh. "R-Right..." he mumbled. "Shall we, maybe, get going, if that's okay?"
"I'm willing." said Selene, using a thick arrow as a cane, gripping it so tightly, her knuckles turned white.
