Eris tried to remain strong, but she couldn't stop the tears from flowing once more. "Please don't take him from me!" She begged, falling to her knees at Celestia's hooves, "I'll do anything! Just let us be together!" She hated Celestia, and begging her went against every fibre of her being, but as strong as her hate was, her love for Thunder was stronger...
"No. He has to face the crimes he has done against equestria by treason." She said as she stomped her hoof. "But sister!" Luna said. "Enough!" Tia said. "I had made my decicion. Give him to me or see him die." She said ti Eris
"But... but I thought you loved him?" Eris said, looking up at her, tearfully. "Can you not just be happy for us? Does he mean nothing to you?"
"I already said what I had to say. Take it or leave it. You can save his life if you give him to me." Tia said
Eris looked to Luna, in a last desperate attempt. "Please..." She whimpered, "Don't make me choose..."
"Sistrer, please!" Luna said to Tia. "Please, don't do this. This is not you!" She begged. Tia frowned to her. "No." She limited hersrlf to say.
Eris lay on the ground, weeping and defeated. She had no leverage, nothing Celestia wanted... "I... I cannot let him die." She whispered, finally. "If this is the only way... you can have him. But... will you at least take me as well? Let us face our punishment together?" She looked up at Celestia, pleadingly.
"I will let you go and see only, then you will have your own punishnent." tia lomited herself to say as she turned around. Luna went to hug Eris nd calm her down
Eris nodded miserably, and then slumped against Luna, crying into her mane. After a while, she calmed down a bit, wiped her eyes, and stood up. Reluctantly, she opened the portal, and led the Princesses through.
Luna follwed her into the portal to get Thunder. She didnt liked all this, but she had to. Why was Tia doing all this?
Eris led them swiftly to the house, not wanting to waste any more time, or allow Thunder's condition to deteriorate any further. "Thunder?" She called, softly, as she opened the bedroom door.
"Uhm... Eris?" Thunder asked, weaker this time. "Dont worry. We are going to heal you." Luna said as she waked to his side and carried him on her back so they could take him to Tia.
Eris walked back with Luna, looking sadly at Thunder. "I'm sorry my love, but this was the only way I could save you..." She looked away, and took a moment to talk to Lone and Courage. "I know you two won't like this, but I have to leave. I'm trusting the rule of my realm to you; look after the ponies here, and keep an eye on the portal. I may be back someday..." She knelt down, and kissed them both on the nose, then left before she could start crying again. The two Timberwolves nodded, and stayed put, watching her leave with sorrow clear on their canine features. The were soon back to the portal, and Eris opened it long enough to let them through once more, then closed it, for what she feared might be the last time.
Thunder kissed Eris's nose after a moment as he felt Luna carry him. Outside, Luna carried Thunder all the way. Celestia growled sonething and then lead them all to the castle of the two isters. There hey shall have their punishment.
"Lift the curse!" Eris demanded, for the hundredth time, as they reached the castle walls, "That was our deal! He's running out of time!" She figured Celestia was keeping Thunder weak so that he didn't try to escape during their journey, but now that they were nearly there, she was starting to get worried that Celestia never intended to lift the curse at all...
Her horn golwed and part of the curse was lifted. Just enough for him to live. Luna sighed at that. Well, it was something. Thunder took a deep breath and looked around, feeling beter but confused.
"It's okay love, I'm here," Eris said, rushing to his side, and stroking his mane. This wasn't a good situation, but as long as Thunder was okay, she would handle whatever Celestia threw at her.
Hunder smiled and kissed her nose lovigly after seeing her. She was kepping him up. Luna smiled at that. She was happy for them, but not for what was comig. Afrer a while they arrived to the castle.
Eris stayed by Thunder's side as they entered, the castle. This time they was no sneaking around, and all eyes were on them as they walked though the corridors. They were not friendly eyes... "Where are you taking us?" Eris asked, trying not to sound scared. She hadn't been in the castle before, but she didn't think it was a good sign that they seemed to be heading underground...
Tia remained silent. "To the prision. You will be there until she decides what to do." Luna said as they arrived to the prision.
