"I know," Eris said, still clinging to her, "But with Thunder with me, parenthood seemed like it would be a wonderful adventure... now it just seems terrifying. I will still love our foal with all my heart, but raising them is going to be so hard..."
Luna hugged her a bit tightly. "I know you will be able to do it. I will help you if I can, going into your dreams to give advice." She said smiling
Eris pulled back to look at Luna. "Thank you," She weakly, wiping her eyes. "You've been so nice to us, Luna." She thought for a moment. "When the time is right, would you visit our child's dreams too? I won't hide the truth about what happened to their father from them, but I want them to understand that not all ponies are evil."
Luna nodded, "I will do it. I promise." She said smiling as she let her go. "Now, you need to go. I dont know how much more I can hide you here." Luna added as she stood up.
Eris' heart sank even more as she said that. She knew Luna was right, but going back meant being alone once more. She had lived most of her life alone, but that was before she knew a different way, and now there was a vast Thunder-shaped hole in her heart. It hurt so much, and she feared the loneliness that awaited her in her realm almost more than death, but she knew she would have to learn how to cope with it once more, for the sake of the new life growing within her. She pushed the sorrow and the pain down in her mind, and stood up, nodding. Her magic had returned fully now, so she gave a final sigh, made herself smile at the thought of playing with their foal, and clicked her talons, teleporting herself back to the portal to Discordia. She quickly reopened the portal, and stepped though it, before closing it for good, sinking the island it's counterpart was built on in Equestria. She turned and looked at her realm, every detail reminding her of her time with Thunder. She sat down on the grass, on the spot where they had first met, and gently rubbed her tummy with her paw as a single tear rolled down her cheek. "Welcome to your home, little one..."
WoW was boring. MMOs are kinda dull. And speaking of MMOs, I hear the beta of elder scrolls online is doo doo.
