Eris frowned; something was off, she could sense somepony had come through the portal, just as she had when Thunder arrived, before she intercepted him. But this presence felt different, nastier... "Somepony else has entered my realm," She said, suddenly all business. "And somehow, I don't think they are friendly..."
Thunder looked at her as her expresion changed to a frown. Did... did he made somethe- oh somepony has enterd her realm. Oh good thinks she wa- wait... somepony entered her real?! This was bad, very bad. "You sure?" He asked, serious also. The group walked to the portal and saw the timberwolves in there.
"They either did, or they're about to..." She said, trying to focus. It was no good; she couldn't see them. There must have been a unicorn; some magic was blocking her vision. (Sorry, I thought they were in already )
Thunder nodded and got up, ready to help her if needed. "Lets go." He said once ready. The ponies looked at the timberwolves, ready to fight them.
"You... you don't know anything about this, do you Thunder?" She asked, looking a little scared. She didn't want to believe he did, but she had to ask.
"I... I think since I didn't go back... princess Celstia might had thought I died or happened something..." he started saying to Eris. "And send them to do something more... drastic." He said.
"I see..." Eris said, a little relieved. It wasn't a good situation, but if Thunder said it wasn't his doing, then he believed her. "Lets go and face them, together," She said, after thinking for a moment. It seemed like the best idea; if she went down on her own, they'd more than likely attack her; if Thunder went alone, they might try and take him away; but perhaps if they saw that Thunder was fine, and she was not aggressive, they'd leave? It was probably wishful thinking, but whatever happened, she wanted Thunder to be by her side.
Thunder nodded. "Yes. Going to see them both of us would make things easier and will be better than alone." He said smiling. Aparently, both thought the same. He leaned towards her and gave her a quick kiss before waiting for her to lead him back to the porta. Outside, the earth pony, that looked like the leader, walked to the timberwolf. "Excuse me, but had you seen an alicorn in here not so long ago? Perhaps around 2 or 3 days?"he asked them after seeing that they looked a bit... civilized.
Eris smiled at the kiss, and put a paw on Thunder's shoulder before clicking her talons, and teleporting them to a small clearing just beside the portal; this is where she had appeared and spied on Thunder, when he first entered her realm. ~~~~~~ "I couldn't say, old chap," Replied Lone, looking at the earth pony. "All kinds of strange beings come and go through the portal; it is hard to keep track of them all. Can I ask why you seek this... Alicorn?"
Thunder smiled after he saw her smile and stood up there do she used the telportation spell of hers. Once there, he saw the portal. He got trough it just a pair of days ago, and it already felt like it was forever. ---- "He was in a mission of coming to investigate this area, and nopony hadn't seen him on days." He replied calmly.
"It doesn't look like they're through yet; Lone and Courage must be holding them up; they're such good dogs..." Eris said. She'd have to remember to fed them some treats. "Ready to go through?" She asked Thunder. "I'd rather they not enter my realm at all." ~~~~~ "Quite possibly, he liked it so much he decided to stay," Lone responded, sitting between the ponies and the portal. He'd decided he didn't much like these ponies. They weren't getting in, so now all that remained was to see if he could convince them to leave, or whether he and Courage would be dining on pony for the next few days...
"Yeah, if they had passed trough we would had already seen them." Thunder replied to Eris as he prepared to exit to Equestria. He then turned to her. He understood why she didn't wanted them to get to the other side, it was her realm, and her home. Their home now! "Ready." he said after a moment. ----- "I find that hard to believe. This place is in complete chaos. What kind of pony would like to live here?" He asked with a small frown to Lone. Still, he remained calm. "By the order of Princess Celestia, I demand you allow us to get trough to seek him." He then demanded.
Lone laughed a deep, barking laugh. "Do you really think your Princess has any authority here? There is only one Mistress of this place, and her name is-" "Eris." Eris said, stepping though the portal and finishing Lone's sentence. She studied the group of ponies. "Charmed, I'm sure,"
As soon as the wolf started saying that Celestia had no a authority, the pegasus got ready his weapons, but the earth pony made him stand down before Eris itself appear. "And I assume you are the Mistress of this place..." He said to Eris. "Where is Thu-" "I'm right here..." Thunder said as he walked out behind her. "Sir Thunder!" The four of them said, pleased to see him. The bowed before him, what made Thunder uncomfortable. Yeah, he was bad with this knight stuff. "What the hell are you doing here?" Thunder asked them. "Princess Celestia sent us to save you and...." He then stopped and turned to Eris, frowning a bit. "Deal with this place." He limited himself to say.
Eris raised an eyebrow. "Well then I'm afraid you've had a wasted trip; as you can plainly see, Thunder does not require saving, and my realm does not need 'dealing with', thank you very much. Now if you don't mind, I'd advise you leave, before I decide to 'deal' with you." Lone and Courage got up and trotted to her side, regarding the ponies with cool eyes. She didn't want to harm them, as Thunder seemed to know them, but she certainly wanted them to know they were not welcome.
"We will not leave with out him!" One of the unicorns said as he take a step forward. "And I hardly doubt he wishes to stay in this place with y-" "I love her." Thunder interrupted the pegasus as he talked. "That is why I will not go back." The four of them gave a confused look to him. The other unicorn gave a step forward. "B-but sir, how can you love a creature lik-" "Silence! I will not tolerate you talking to her like that!" He then said firmly as he walked forward, interrupting the other unicorn as he spoke and making them walk backwards. "Now live before I change my mind of letting you go!" he demanded to them.
Eris floated behind Thunder and wrapped her arms around his neck affectionately. "See? Now scram!" She nodded to Lone and Courage, and they started approaching the ponies slowly, growling and bearing their teeth, trying to drive the ponies away.
Thunder smiled at what Eris did and turned to give her a soft nuzzle before turning to them. The uniconrs and pegasus gave a step back, but the earth pony not. He only had his eyes closed. "I see... well then. We will leave you alone... for now..." he said, then turned to his companions. "Lets go." he said with a stomp, then lead them back to where they came. After they left, Thunder sighed and moved down his head. "That... was harder than i thought it would be..." he said. Having to talk like that to them was hard for him. He felt like giving up his right as a citizen of equestria, but the risk was worth the end. He had Eris, and that was what he cared the most. He turned to her and the wolves, smiling. "Well, we did it. For now." His smile faded away at those last two words.
Eris stuck her tongue out at them as the left. It wasn't a very mature thing to do, but it made her feel a little better. When they were gone, she turned to Thunder. "We sure did. So my little Thunder's a Knight?" She asked, playfully, giggling a little. "Well I am glad you protected my honour, good sir," She gave a mock courtesy, still giggling.
Thunder turned to her and when she started saying all that, he blushed a bit. "Yeah... " He said a bit embarrassed at that, even more, even more by her cute giggle. "Is a long story, but I can tell you when we go back home." he said smiling to her. He was sure those ponies would come back one day, so he decided to have the best time he could with Eris before that happened. He blushed even more at the second part. "N-no problem." he said smiling. "Anything for you dear."
