Eris awoke the next morning feeling wonderful. She didn't know what had gotten into Thunder last night, but she was certainly glad it had. Perhaps their book session had unlocked something in him, or perhaps he was now just getting fully comfortable with her, but if it were possible, she loved him now more than ever. She couldn't wait to see Equestria with him; it was sure to be a fantastic day. She rolled over to look at him, sleeping peacefully, and briefly considered waking him up as she had before, but instead she decided to quietly watch him sleep for a while. (Nice x3)
The next morning, Thunder was hugging Eris from behind as he sept with her. He had a fantastic night with her, and she seemed to like when he was like that. What got into him to do that? Not even he knew. But he really enjoyed it a lot. When Eris turned around to see it, he was gently cuddling a pillow, his muzzle against it as he gently whispered something to it. "E-Eris~" He said every now and then, then started kissing the pillow. Not even in his dreams was away from her. Eris has gotten so deep into his mind.
Eris giggled at the sight. It was sweet, but also quite amusing. She placed her paw on his cheek and gave him a long kiss, hoping to wake him. If this didn't work, perhaps she'd have no choice but to resort to her previous method...
Thunder soon felt that her 'Eris' had been replaced... for something far more delicious and better. He smiled and kissed her back, gently putting his hooves around her as they kissed. He soon woke up. "Morning dear..." he said a bit sleepy but smiling.
He smiled back and nuzzled her. "Yes. I always do when I sleep with you~" even if it had been only like 3 days so far.
"I imagine you were pretty tired too, after last night, hmm?" She said, arching an eyebrow and trying to hold back a grin.
He blushed at that. "Uh... yeah..." he said a bit embarrassed but smiling. Whatever got him last night had left. He shook his head and smiled to her. "But it was quite awesome." he then added, nuzzling her.
She chuckled. "Sure was. Anyway, we'd better get up; got a big day ahead of us, remember?" She gave him a final nuzzle, then rolled out of bed and into the bathroom to freshen up. When she was done, she gave him a few prods, to make sure he hadn't fallen asleep again. "I'm going to go make a start on breakfast," She said, "I'll see you in a minute." She headed down stairs to the kitchen, and started conjuring the necessary ingredients for the waffles she planned to make.
Thunder smiled. "Oh, yes. We are going to the Crystal empire." he said smiling. He laid down on the bed when she went into the bathroom, thinking where to go in there. He then felt that she prodded him and he sat down on the bed. He then nodded to what she said and he went into the bathroom to get ready. After a pair of minutes, he went down to see her make breakfast. Hmmm... pancakes. He smiled.
"So, have you thought any more about how we can get in and out of the portal without being seen?" Eris asked, as she readied the batter. That was really the only thing bothering her about the trip... (I'm going to sleep, see you tomorrow :3)
(see ya!) Thunder sat in chair as she said that. "Perhaps..." he started thinking. "Hmmm... perhaps we can ask Loyal and Courage to see if they can scout around and make sure there is no pony around. Once they are sure, we can go out." he suggested. "But I still have to think on our way back..." he then added
Eris nodded. "That might work... I can teleport us back, once I know where I'm going, and as long as nopony's watching us." She put a big plate of waffles in the middle of the table, along with a bowl of berries and some sauce, then sat down and started to eat happily.
Thunder nodded. "Sounds like a plan." Hesajf beffore sitting beside ber and also starting to eat. Be smiled at the taste. It was pretty good!
After they'd finished eating, Eris floated all the dishes into the sink, where they started cleaning themselves. "Ready to go then?" She asked. It was still early, and she was keen to get there soon so they could have a long day exploring together. She'd only been outside her own realm a few times before, and while she was eager to see Thunder's homeland, she didn't want to leave too late and have to spend a night away from her home.
Thunder looked at the plates as they floated and he then turned to Eris. "Yep. Ready. Lets just make those transformation spells and ask Loyal and Courage to scout ahead." He said smiling as he walled to her side and nuzzled her a bit.
She grinned and nuzzled back, before turning into a crystal pony once more. "What would I do without you here to remind me? Ok, now lets do you..." She looked at him and thought for a moment, then booped him gently with her hoof. His wings disappeared, his horn got a little shorter, and his body shrank a little, until he looked like a regular charcoal-coloured unicorn. Well, an exceptionally handsome charcoal-coloured unicorn, Eris thought to herself, smiling.
Thunder looked at Eris as she transformed into a Crystal pony. He had to admit, she looked cute. He smiled and then felt she booped him. He scrunched his nose and felt how he transformed. He was no longer that tall, losy his wings and his horn was smaller... out of that, he was the same. He smiled and nuzzled Eris. "Lets go." He said smling after a moment.
Eris smiled, curiously. "Hmm, no offence; but you're handling this better than I thought you might. Those other pegasi got extremely upset when I took their wings away..." She turned her attention to her own body, getting used to this pony form again. She had transformed like this a few times before, but that was mostly out of boredom, or for... personal experiments. It had been a while, and it always took her some time to get used to being so small, and to having hooves. She stomped about the kitchen a few times, and practised picking up a wooden spoon with her mouth, then turned and nodded to Thunder. "Ready!"
"You did what?" He asked, thrn shook his head. "Never mind..." he sighed, g then smiled to her. "But I trust you, that is why I didn't freak out." He said, kissig her nose. Once he saw she was ready, he smiled. "Alright. Lets go." He said, then lead her out to go to the portal.
