Eris scowled darkly for a moment, then grinned and laughed unsettlingly. "Oh you demand it, do you? Well I suppose I'll just have to face these consequences of yours, as your demands are impossible." She floated around the Princesses, still grinning manically, and gestured at Thunder. "As you can plainly see, Thunder is free; probably freer than he's ever been, no longer being bossed around by you two. And as for the portal... Well it took me a long time to open, and I don't like seeing my work wasted." She floated back over to Thunder and her Timberwolves. "I have been nothing but civil; caused neither you nor your realm any harm, and you threaten me? Try to take the stallion I love and shut me out of your land? I have to say, that makes me a tad cross." She looked back and nodded to Lone and Courage. The wolves were suddenly enveloped in thick black smoke, their forms obscured, but obviously growing at an enormous rate. After a few seconds, the smoke cleared, and there stood two huge and fearsome dragons, one blood red, and the other a dark bronze colour; Lone and Courage in their true forms. Eris smiled and turned back to Luna and Celestia. "Here is my counter offer: Go buck each other." The two dragons let out deep, earth-rumbling roars, and issued huge gouts of fire into the sky, filling the the air with heat and the smell of sulphur.
Clestia turned to the dragons as they roared. "Is that supposed to be scary?" She said frowning, then turned to Thunder. "I refuse to belive that he is free!" She said. "He might be mindcontroled by her" Luna said to Tia, also frowning. "No. I'm here by my free will." He said.
"Yes... and they are here against my will," Eris said, narrowing her eyes at the Princesses. She nodded, and Lone and Courage rained fire down on Luna and Celestia. The Princesses and their guards disappeared, and in the distance, a bright light flashed, showing where the dragon fire had transported them. "Bring it on." Eris muttered, still staring into the distance. (I'm thinking the dragon's fire works like when Spike uses his to send scrolls to Celestia )
(I would say the same ) Celestia and Luna looked around as they were teleported. They were close to the camp, so they went to get ready to attack. Thunder sighed and laid down his head on her shoulder. "This is bad..." he said.
"Hey, why'd she call you 'honey'?" Eris asked, quietly. She remembered her promise not to overreact again, and intended to keep it, but she had to know...
He shook his head and sighed. "I'm the only male alicorn alive. That made her have a crush in me." He said. "I... never thought she would take it that far." He then shrugged, blushing in embarrasment. "She even was my 'first time'" he explained, feeling awkward and embarrased. "But she is not as amazing as you are~" he nuzzled Eris a bit.
"I- I see..." Eris said. She had to admit; it hurt a bit, but Thunder hadn't done anything wrong. She couldn't be mad at him for stuff he'd done before they even met, even if she couldn't understand why he would have done it at all... "Thank you for telling me~" She said, nuzzling him back.
Thunder was happy because Eris wasn't angry like last time. He smiled and kept nuzzling her for a moment before turning to Courage and Lone. "We better get ready. She will come back to attack us." He said calmly.
"Do you have any suggestions?" Eris asked, actually a little worried; she'd counted on the Princesses being a lot more scarred of the dragons...
"I doubt they will come directly to fight us. They will send ponies after us." he started saying. "As long as we can hold this ground, she might surrender." He said smiling.
Eris nodded; ponies she could deal with... Clicking her talons, she raised thick castle walls around the island, with the two of them standing on top of them. She nodded to Lone and Courage, who took to wing and circled the sky above them, ready to spot any attackers and... deal with them. She looked at Thunder, and conjured him a set of armour; it was strong yet lightweight; offering the most protection it could without restricting his movement, and the plates that made it up were each different shapes and colours, much like the parts of her own body. She thought he looked very dashing in it. "Is that okay?" She asked him. She knew it was a bit presumptuous, but she couldn't stand the thought of anything happening to him...
Thunder blinked when he saw hos she made the castle walls and give him the armor. When she asked him if he was alright, he turned to her and smiled, nodded. "Sure! Thank you dear." He said smiling, then turned around and his horn glowed, ready to defend their 'castle' From afar, he saw the ponies marching towards them. "Just try not to kill them..." he said sighing. "Please. I... can't see them die." he said, looking to a side.
"You're a good pony, Thunder," She said, and then sighed. "Maybe too good." She would try though, for his sake. As the groups approached, she conjured up catapults, and flung huge balls of cotton candy at them, sticking those she hit together, and stopping them from moving. Even Courage and Lone made sure not to kill anypony, instead swooping around scaring them, and occasionally grabbing them and throwing them in the water.
Thunder smiled and nuzzled her as she did her best. Still, he wouldn't let them get too close, and if they did, he would have no other choice but to kill them... The large groups of ponies were stuck together thanks to the cotton candy catapults. Even though it looked (and sounded) silly, it worked pretty well. The other ponies were soon scared because of the dragons and retreated, fearing they might actually kill them. Soon, Eris won the first battle. Thunder sighed. "Celestia was just testing our abilities." he said calmly.
Eris stopped and looked at him, already wearing her party hat and opening a bottle of champagne. "What?"
Thunder looked at her with a serious face. "The main battle is just about to start." He turned back to the battlefield. "She will strike with a more powerful force." He said. Soon, another group of ponies, better armed and even magic users, came into view, charging forward. Some pegasus were even trying to attack from the sides. Thunder didn't hesitated. "Lone! Take the left side! Courage, the right side!" he ordered, then used his magic to control the catapults. "Eris... " He turned to her smiling. "Lets have some fun." he said, now with a smirk.
Eris nodded; she wasn't used to this sort of thing, but Thunder obviously was. He really was a good knight... She did her best to hold the attackers at bay, creating a treacle moat around the bottom of the wall to stop the earth ponies, and covering the whole area with a giant net, to defend against aerial attack, but it was really Thunder's work holding Celestia's forces back.
Thanks to what Eris did, he used the catapults to make the earth ponies stick to the ground and be unable to keep fighting. The net also made it easier for him to take care of the pegaus with the dragon's help. Still, the unicorns were still a problem. They were attacking from afar, out of the range of the catapults. "Eris, can you deal with the unicorns?" he asked her.
"How?!" She asked, looking genuinely upset; she wasn't used to this kind of thing, and the pressure was getting to her...
"Use your magic to take off their horns for a while or something." he suggested as he turned back to the battlefield.
