"Okay. Oh... you forgot your armour, silly!" She smiled and shook her head, teleporting it from the house for him, then walked over to the edge of the wall. She conjured up a piece of parchment, wrote a brief note, then folded it into a plane and threw it, using her magic to guide it to Celestia and Luna.
Thunder smiled and when he got back home he went fot.his armor before returning. Soon, the paper got to Tia and Luna. She sent a letter back, telling her to see them at the middle of the battlefield in 1 hour.
"Hmm... Do you think I should wear some armour?" Eris asked, as they waited in the muddy field for the Princesses to arrive. She didn't think it would do much good if they decided to attack her, but she wondered if it might make her look more militarily minded, or something... She paced about a bit, kicking at an interesting looking rock. It turned into a crab and scuttled off.
Thunder smiled and nodded. "I think it might be a good idea." He said smiling as he nuzzled her. He then looked at her as she did that to the rock.and waited for her to make her armor
The armour she conjured up was fairly simple; it consisted a breastplate and short skirt, shin guards, and pauldrons, all grey in colour, to match her love's coat. She smiled at Thunder, and stood beside him as the Princesses finally arrived.
Thunder nuzzled Eris and then waited for the princesses. Once they arrived they stood infront of them. "You wish to speak, dont you?" Tia asked, frowning a bit.
Eris sighed. "I just don't want to fight; it seems pointless, and somepony could get hurt. Can't you just leave us alone? I promise you, Equestria is in no danger from me."
Celestia nodded. "My ponies are not willing to fight anymore." She said calmly. "We will leave and wont come back as long as you don't go back to equestria." Luna said, looking to Thunder. He nodded. "I understand. We will not go." He said. "And thunder mu-" "I will stay with Eris." He interrupted Celestia. She was about to protest, but remained silent. "Fine." She said.
Eris was a little saddened by that; she had enjoyed their trip to the Crystal Empire, and had been looking forward to seeing more of this land. She supposed if it meant she and Thunder could enjoy each other's company in peace, it was a sacrifice worth making, but what Celestia said struck her; her ponies weren't willing to fight anymore? Perhaps she and Thunder were in a better bargaining position than she'd thought... She chuckled a little. "Excuse us, won't you? I just have to discuss something with Thunder." She guided Thunder a little distance off, out of hearing of the Princesses. "We don't have to take this deal," She insisted. "You heard her; her ponies won't fight anymore! She doesn't have a hoof to stand on!" She giggled gleefully. "At least lets get permission to visit Equestria, even if it's only a few times a year..."
Thunder follwed Eris and heard what she said. "Yeah. I will do that." He yhen leaned to her ear. "But they are quite powerful. Even if the pobies wont fight, they can." He whispered before turning to Tia and Luna. "We decline the offer and have a new deal."thunder said calmly. Tia rised an eyebrow. "It is what you said, but you will allow us to visit equestria every now and then." He said. , Tia stood there, thinking. Luna sighed. "Fine." She said. Tia gave her a glare before turning to her. "But you can't go to the everfree forest or the castle." She said. Thunder turned to Eris
"Is that where you live? If so I don't want to be anywhere near it anyway. Deal." She spat on her paw and held it out, grinning.
Thunder smiled and turned to Tia and Luna. Celestia gave a step back as Eris did that. "Lets... just skip the hoof shaking," she turned to Luna. "Lets go." She said, then lead her back to the camp.
Eris shrugged and wiped her paw on her armour's skirt. "Nice doing business with you!" She called after them. She grinned once more, then hugged Thunder, laughing happily. "We did it!"
Thunder smiled and laughed happily also, huggung back. He nuzzled her anf kissed her nose. "Yes. We did it!"he said as he nuzzled her.
"Okay," She said, walking back to the portal with him. "Now we can get rid of these silly things!" She clicked her talons, and the various defences she'd erected disappeared, leaving only the portal and two timberwolves, just as Thunder had seen when he first arrived. "And you two were great, as always!" She said, kneeling down and nuzzling her favourite gatekeepers, Lone and Courage. "Oh, it was nothing Ma'am," Lone replied, grinning wolfishly.
Thunder smiled as she turned back everything to normal. He went with courage and Lone and petted them both. "You both did a great job." He said smiling. He then went with Eris.
The sun was shining brightly when the stepped out of the portal into Discordia, the playing cards were flying about happily, and the clouds were all being herded nicely by the sheepdogs; obviously in Eris' mind, their troubles with Celestia were over... "Oh, what a day, what a lovely day!" She exclaimed, twirling around happily. "Did you see the look on Celestia's face? Ahahahaha!!!" She jumped into the air and flew about in happy little circles. "So, what do you want to do now?" She asked, hovering in front of Thunder, upside down and grinning manically.
Thunder looked around. She looked happy... as well as him. He could be safe from tia's hooves and be with Eris. He was beyonf happy. He smiled as she moved around and leaned over her and kissed her before turning to her. "How about we derecorate the house so it looks like the crystal empire. You liked how the place looked right?" He said smiling. "It will look beautiful." He nuzzled her.
Eris nodded, then scooped him up, giggling happily. "Sure, but no refelective walls!" she said, booping his nose. "Maybe reflective ceilings would be nice though," She admitted, "Especially in our bedroom~" She giggled and kissed him again, before carrying him up to their house and landing on the balcony. She clicked her talons, and the balcony turned from simple wood, to a nearly-clear blue crystal, allowing a much better view and looking very pretty in the process.
Thunder scrunched his nose as she booped him, but nodded after she said about the walls. He nuzzled her before he she about having a reflective ceiling. He smiled and nodded. He then followed her ti the balcony and smiled at what she did.
