She held his hoof and led him back to the sitting room. "Maybe... maybe you could have your own bookcase in here?" She suggested. "You could put whatever books you wanted on it, and organise it however you like?" She smiled, hoping he'd be happy with that.
"That... that is actually a good idea." Thunder said smiling as he kissed her cheek. "I like it." He now nuzzled it, smiling.
"Good~" Eris replied, nuzzling back happily. "You can take any books you want from my study, as well as the ones you bought the other day, and hopefully soon we can go back to that library, and get some more." She smiled at the idea; it seemed like they had nothing but plain sailing in front of them now that Celestia and Luna had backed off...
Thunder smiled. "Alright." He said smiling as he used his magic to put his books in the area were he would have his space for them. "Alright. I think we have finished redecorating." He then said smiling.
Eris nodded; she had quite enjoyed this... "You know, I've been thinking..." She said, sitting on the sofa. "When we were in the Crystal Empire, I actually quite enjoyed being around all the ponies; do you think... maybe some might be willing to come live here? In my realm?" She cleared some space on the coffee table and started conjuring up tiny buildings. "We could build a small town, designed however we wanted; it could even have a library!" She giggled with excitement. "If we built it nice, maybe some ponies from Equestria would want to come?" She looked at him, smiling hopefully.
He smiled at the idea she gave. "I like the idea." He said smiling, then nuzzled her a bit. "It might be interesting to have a town in here. The problem will be to get the ponies. Most of them don't like what they dont know or understand." He said, lowering his ears, then moved them up happily. "But we can try!"
Eris nodded. "I know, but you're happy here; right?" She thought for a moment. "I can't really promise other ponies the same treatment I give you though..."
Thunder nodded. "I understand. Don't worry. I know they won't give problems." He said smiling, then gently snuggled her.
Eris wrapped her arm around him and kissed his forehead before looking back at the table. "I wouldn't be able to do it on my own, but with you here... you could be a kind of intermediary; you seemed to be quite well respected by those first ponies that came, maybe other ponies would listen to you too." She sighed and looked out of the window towards the portal. "There have got to be ponies who don't like their lives in Equestria; we could give them a chance at happiness, like you've given me..."
Thunder snuggled her as she wrapped her arm around him and nuzzled her cheek a bit. "yes, We would be able to help them and bring them here." he said smiling to her. "I will take care of them. Don't worry."
She nodded happily again. "Do you want to go find somewhere suitable to build the town?" She asked, excitedly. They still had a few hours of daylight left, and it wasn't time for dinner yet.
Thunder nodded. "Sure. Will we do it inside the portal or outside?" He then asked her smiling. He wouldn't mind in either place.
"Inside, otherwise it wouldn't be in my realm, silly!" Eris said, giggling. "Where do you think would be good? I was thinking somewhere fairly close to the portal..."
"I was thinking the same." he said siling. "Lets just look for a nice place. Lets go." he said smiling to her.
She nodded, and they headed out to the balcony together, before taking off and flying over to the portal. The hovered over the area, looking around. "Hmm... how about there?" Eris suggested, pointing to a particularly dark and creepy looking patch of wood, thick with brambles and deep pits.
"Uhmm... perhaps we can work it so it looks better." He then said smiling as he went to have a closer look.
Eris frowned. "I thought ponies liked trees? And look at all this shade! Nopony will get sunburn here!"
"Really?" Eris asked, genuinely surprised. It looks like it was a good job Thunder was here... "Well can you see any better areas?"
