Eris conjured up a giant net, and managed to catch one of the giant loaves of bread running around at the foot of the mountains. "Here," She said, swinging the loaf over to Thunder. "Tear some pieces off and throw them to the ducks."
Thunder looked at the loafs of bread as Eris caught them with the net. Alright, this was even more silly. He then grabbed the one she gave him and nodded after she finished speaking. She teared a part of it and threw it to the ducks as she said. He smiled at that. He had never had the time to do this.
The ducks ate the bread, then exploded into confetti, which settled on top of the mountains like snow.
"What?" Eris asked, "You don't have giant exploding confetti ducks in Equestria? It must be such a dreary place..." She floated over the lake, throwing bits of bread to the remaining ducks and twirling through the confetti, smiling happily.
Thunder shook his head. "Errr... no. The ones we have just eat and then swim away most of the time." He said, then looked at her as she flew up to feed the other ones. He smiled as he saw her do that for a reason. But why?
Soon, all the ducks were gone, and the mountains were covered in confetti. Eris let the last few loaves of bread run off, then returned to Thunder. "Want to go and round up the sheepdogs?"
"Sheepdogs? Well, this should be interesting." he said smiling as he nodded, then followed her or waited for her to teleport them to where they were.
With a flash, they appeared in the hills by the portal. The hills were still moving slowly around, and on one of them, a lone sheep was trying to coral a pack of Sheepdogs. The Sheepdogs were running around, rolling, play fighting, and generally doing doggy things, and the sheep was looking decidedly fed up. "They should be on that hot air balloon," Eris explained, pointing at the waiting balloon. "They're meant to be up in the sky, barking at any clouds that look like sheep."
Thunder blinked after Eris gave that explanation. "Wait what?" he asked confused with a silly face. He shook his head after a moment and nodded. "alright. What do we have to do?" He then asked.
"Well, we need to get all those dogs into that balloon basket." She said, slowly. "Unfortunately, they only speak Welsh, so we're going to have to get creative."
Thunder sat down and started thinking. "Perhaps I can use my magic to lift them up and put them there." he said.
"Hmm, I was just going to throw a ball, but I think your plan might be better." Eris said, smiling. "Go for it! I'm just going to have a rest." She conjured a deck chair and sat down to watch.
Thunder looked at her and sat in her chair to watch. He sighed and turned around. He first used his magic to put all of them in a single spot, he then levitated them all togrther to... the baloon basket as she said. Why? Like if he cared. He felt happy for helping her.
Once they were all on board, Eris cut the guyropes, and the balloon floated up into the sky. The Dogs started barking at the clouds, causing them to all group together and let the sun shine through. "Well, that was a lot quicker than it usually is," Eris said, standing up and allowing the deckchair to run off. "It's usually almost bedtime by the time I've finished rounding them up."
Thunder looked at them as Eris did that. Well, that was... weird. How did that even worked?! He turned to Eris as soon as she started talking. "Good thing you had me to do this quicker." He smiled to her. "Alright, anythig else?" He asked smiling. He wanted to be there a while more.
Eris thought for a moment. "Hmm, well the sun needs setting, I think" She said "I'm getting bored of daytime now."
"Uhmmm... alright..." he replied, then flew to higher grown to see the sun perfectly well. His horn glow and with a great amount of magic he managed to bring it down, but really slowly. Once he somehow managed to do it, he fell down, exhausted.
Eris caught the exhausted Thunder as he fell. "Oh dear, you didn't have to exert yourself like that!" She said, a little concerned but also quite touched. With a wave of her paw, she rose the stars and fantastic green and purple Auroras, filling the sky with an almost spectral light.
Thunder opened his eyes slowly as soon as he heard Eris' voice. He smiled to her. "I-is.... alright... is the least I could do..." he said clearly tired. He then saw how she brought the stary night and smiled. He looked around at the view until he saw her face. The night sky and that pretty face made him blush. He noticed that and quickly hid his face in her body so she didnt saw it.
