She responded in kind, leaning her head back after a moment. "I want to sleep, but I shouldn't do that here." * * * The exploration was uneventful.
She stood up, moving past him. * * * A bit later, one of her friends in the tribe approached her, her brows furrowed. The girl's name was Lucinda, and her expression was one of concern. "Nascha... there's something going on at the front."
He followed her down. *** She looked up, seeming a bit confused before going to the front, looking around.
She stood at the edge of the windowsill, looking back at him. "Do you know what time it is?" * * * Victor stood at the front, holding Caly in his arms, his expression mildly skeptical as one of the guards gestured with their sword. "We don't want your kind here. Get out!"
He frowned, looking out the window. "Not exactly. It looks a bit late." *** Nascha's eyes widened and she stormed over, shoving the guards sword out of the way and turning to him fiercely. "That's not how you treat people!"
She rolled her eyes. "Well... yes. I left at midnight." * * * The guard glowered, gesturing with his sword. "He's a rogue," he spat viciously. "Hello, Nascha," Victor said, greeting her. "Quiet!"
"You asked." *** She glared at the guard before facing Victor. "Hi Victor. This might not be the best place."
"But like..." She huffed, her hands on her hips as she looked at him affectionately. "Nevermind." * * * "Oh?" he asked, looking down at Caly. "Was it something I said?"
He grinned at her playfully. *** She glared back at the guard. "No. I just don't want anyone getting hurt."
She rolled her eyes before beginning to climb down. * * * "Hm. Alright. I'm sorry our budding friendship got cut off so sharply," he said to the guard, who glowered at him.
He followed her. *** She grinned slightly, starting over toward an area where her townspeople wouldn't bother to be.
She got to the bottom and looked over again. "I'll see you tomorrow night?" * * * He followed her, giving a small wave to the guard as they left.
He nodded, stepping back. "Yeah. Tomorrow night." *** She stopped a bit a way, turning to him. "I'm sorry about that.."
She gave him a grin before turning to leave. * * * He smirked, raising one eyebrow. "It's nothing new, Nascha. Don't worry."
He sighed, watching her go before going back to his own tribe. *** She shook her head. "Still.. So what are you doing here?"
(Zoop?) * * * "Well, even though being threatened is my personal drug of choice, I came here to thank you for fighting off Pete."
