    Allright everypony listen up. Because i dont have the time tonight to draw the winner at 18:30GMT i will do it now. I'm sorry for those ponys which wanted to sign up now but this Lottery have been up for nearly a week so i think it's just fair. Also dont feel sad, there will be another Lottery too so you always are able to get the chance ;). Also i need to say if the winner have send his/her request, he/she should know that as more characters are in the request, the less are the qualitiy will be. That kinda makes sense because i wouldnt need that much time for just 1 character then of 20 u know? :p and forgive me my bad english :((

    So i will give the honor to Fortuna Leila again, she is the Pony which draws the lucky pony :)
