Tyler noticed a bunch of officers surrounding Arc he went up to them and said "Excuse me whats going on here?"
"Stand back civilian, she's a wanted criminal! She's highly dangerous!" The officer. This "criminal" was cowering and crying on the ground. Tyler would have to act fast.
"WAIT if this is about the house being burnt down it was me it was all me take me away" Tyler said trying to protect Arclight
"I didn't kill anypony, I swear!" Tyler heard Arc plead, and the officer turned towards him, "She claims to be innocent. Can you back her up? Truthfully?" Arc stared at him, a shock baton being jabbed in her back. Her eyes were telling him to help her, to save her life again.
"Officers I will tell you the honest truth Arclight is the most beautiful pony anypony has ever met she is like a daisy she would never hurt anypony" said Tyler with a straight face
"Alright! First-hoof proof! We got the wrong mare, then! Everypony! Move out!" And with that the police ponies disappeared. "Thank you so much!" Arc cried out, tackling Tyler.
Arc blushed and looked away, "O-oh my... th-thank you, Tyler..." She gave him a heartfelt kiss, but pulled away before anything got out of hand.
Tyler got up and said "now that THAT whole ordeal is over and done with we can go back to my home" Ruler took Arcs hoof and walked down the street to his house with her
Arc slowly followed, "Um... what you said earlier... you really do love me?" She asked quietly, turning her head to hide her face. "S-sorry... it's just... the last time somepony said that, it was just a huge joke, and they pelted me with stones afterwards, because they thought it was 'funny'..."
"Arc i would never lie to you you are the most beautiful pony anypony has ever seen and when i said i love you I really meant it" Tyler said
"Anyway lets go inside" Tyler said realizing that they were just standing outside his front door the whole conversation. Tyler opened up the door and let Arc go first since the saying Mares first applies in equestria too he then proceeded to sit down with Arc on the couch and say "Soo is it true... that you killed somepony? I wwont judge just tell me the truth please"
Arclight's eyes filled with tears and she took refuge in Tyler's arms, "I... I killed somepony... but it was an accident! We were outside, and I was watching him chop up wood for his furnace. i-I thought he was my friend... then he attacked me with his ax, and said he was going to... do things to me...." She buried her face in Tyler's chest, crying. "I-I was so scared! I didn't mean to kill him, honest!" Arc was holding Tyler weakly, not wanting to let go.
"Its okay" said Tyler "it wasnt your fault you did wwhat you had to do to tell you the truth your not alone a while back I had a friend who ended up trying to kill me he kidnapped me and took me into his basement where he kept me there without food or water for 5 days straight one day when he was asleep I noticed he didnt tie a knot too good and I got out so then afterwwards I smuthered him wwith a pilloww"
She stared at him, "But you didn't get covered in his remains... I couldn't overpower him, and he already struck me with his ax twice, so I had to push him into a wood chipper he was using... I didn't know it'd be so messy..." Arc broke down again, and clung even tighter to Tyler. "I never wanted to be in another stallions arms, but you're different..."
He kissed Arcs forehead and then said wwith a sad tone "you dont understand he wasnt just some ordinary friend you would make in school hes been my friend ever since I was born as in when i first came home i met him and plus he helped me in my best of times and worst of times when my mom had a terrible flesh eating virus he gave 5,000 bits to us and everything... he was like my brother" Then a tear rolled down his cheek
Arc tried to manage a comforting smile, "I-I'm so sorry... what happened to him to make him kidnap you?" She nuzzled his cheek, and laid her head against his cheek.
"it was horrible he was gonna steal my money, my girlfriend but we aren't together anymore, and my home" said Tyler
Arc's eyes darkened, "S-sorry... I didn't mean to bring back s-such bad memories... I'm sorry..." She shuddered from her own memories resurfacing, "He didn't... t-torture you... did he?"
