That sounds pretty reasonable. Oh, I also liked how in the episode they tried to unswitch Applejack and Rainbow Dash's elements. Now it's slightly more believable.
It was - amazing! I've only watched it twice, though. Took me a while to find an full episode to down- er, I mean, watch. I'll probably watch it again before Episode 2, or Episode 28, depending on how you want to say it. I completely missed the LOTR reference, though - just busy focusing on those apple oracles (appacles? Hey, is this some sort of dig at apple?). And those balloon oracles (balloracles?), those were something else. And it makes sense, too. Applejack and Pinkie would trust things they associate with all the time. And, yes, yay Fluttershy! I, like lots of people, am disappointed in Rainbow Dash and Rarity. Aw, well, they had to compact it to half an hour, what can you expect. Too bad they couldn't have made a movie out of this. And, as for Derpy-Vinyl Scratch: http://averystrange.deviantart.com/journal/43331069/ And, actually, I kind of like the idea of Discord and Nightmare Moon getting together - not quite that way, mind you, but teaming up and doing battle with the Mane 6.
I know that feel, brony! I love Dash maybe as much as you do. That was not cool what Discord did to her! Anyway, this is just a copy and paste of what I said on Ponychan about the first part: THAT. WAS. EPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICC!! Alright, let's see if I can break the first part down here: - That whole first little bit was just insane!! Honestly, at first, I thought this was all Pinkie Pie's doing and not Discord casuing chaos in Ponyville! Honestly, that thought NEVER occured to me! I was thinking "Are you trying to make me scared of Pinkie Pie all over again?" - Those long legged bunnies! Dude, what was up with that? - When the poniies went to the royal palace in Canterlot, I totally expected Luna to be with Celestia. Let's hope she's in the second part! - Key horn FTW! - I expected Pinkie's trial (which is what I'm calling what Discord had to put them through) to be much weirder than that. Along with what already happened during her trial, I expected their to be talking cakes and other talking pastries! - Did anyone else notice what Rainbow Dash did when she heard Discord's voice at the beginning of her trial? That whole "come on! put 'em up! I'll take you on!" attitude? and the gestures she made? shout-out to S1 e2, maybe? - I also noticed how fast-paced this episode was. it was like it was over in 10 minutes. It was still a very epic episode, though! If anyone here was hoping for more adventure-based episodes this season, I heard that there are going to be more episodes like that! Will be back if I think of more!
