Cracky was once again sitting on Cyansides back, bumping along as they walked. "Sadly, not yet. I'll have requests later on, as there's a town, well village, based off that system." He looked forward, towards the village gate they were approaching. "Oh. This town. Huh. Well, welcome to Tranceville, first town on your way to The Arena. You might think this'll be an easy ride; trust me, it'll never be an easy ride." As the group approached the huge gate, two guards came forward, bearing a similar appearance, but still way off, from the group. You see, they had the posture as a human, but they had the fur of ponies and faces of them. One would call them anthropomorphised ponies. Their armor seemed to be rather ornate, optimizing to the color around them and making for some great camoflauge. When one of them saw Cracky, he nodded slightly, as to not make the group notice, then turned and walked into the gate. The music changed when they approached the guards, switching to a nice little beat, with the colors around them going from light blue to yellowish color, swirvling closer to red at times. The sky was still black, but the stars were gone, leaving nothing but emptiness above them. The guard that was left was holding a spear in his hand, with a scabbard in holster around his right leg. He stomped the spear in the ground, generating a small spark before he spoke. "Please state your name, status, occupation and age." He scanned through the group with steady eyes, the armor flickering and changing around his body to create more defense on his chest and legs, but leaving him without greaves or such. "Shadow Strider, Normal, swordsman, 15." Shadow said as his eyes quickly scanned around as if expecting to be attacked.
Fair examined the pony guards with fascination. What odd creatures, she thought. I wonder if Cracky modeled them after himself. I'm going to have to ask him what he is eventually, anyways. When it came to her turn, she shrugged and followed in the others' lead. "Fair Capriccio, content, royal flugelhorner," She looked up into the guard's eyes. "One thousand twenty-four."
"One thousand and twenty four years? Seriously? How are you still alive? Are you secretly some sort of alicorn? Or were you hit by some curse gone wrong that made you live forever...Or maybe...perhaps..." Cyanside trailed off muttering to herself. Before suddenly asking. "So you knew Luna from before she became Nightmare Moon then? What was she like?"
Fair turned towards Cyanside, a sad look in her eyes. "I'm afraid I can't answer that," she said glumly. "I lived in the Crystal Kingdom when King Sombra decided to take over. The Regal Sisters got rid of him, but he cursed the entire kingdom to hide away for a thousand years. At least, that's what I'm told. It only feels like last year..." She bat at her eyes a bit. "I never met either of the sisters, but they seem to do a pretty good job with what they do."
The soldier squinted his eyes at the answers. "Hmm... alright. Follow me, but with caution. Do not stray from the group. We might be named after the most calm music, but that doesn't mean we're peaceful." He turned around and began walking towards the gate, each step generating a small wave of musical energy on the ground. Crackys face went completely blank, showing no face at all. Infact, you could see right through him. "You heard him. Do not stray, or you'll be in for a fight you can't win. These look at me as a heathen, and not a god, doesn't matter if i created their world or not." The guard before was standing at the gate, and pushed it open as they walked in. The town wasn't looking anymore than a traditional city in Japan, with lights and neon signs, the whole package. There was a big variety of creatures inside. Some were the normal anthro, but some were recreations of the creatures in Equestria and beyond. There was griffons, small dragonequus slithering about, but the difference was that the feathers or the rocky skin was glassy, almost made out of diamonds or the likes, shifting colors to their enviroment. It was like everything was built after the colorshifting patterns the music made. Although, the creatures didn't seem to be very happy about the group being there, with some looking at them with a concerned or angry face, while others simply didn't care for them. "As i said, heathen. But, follow the guard and everything'll change. Oh, and for those that're up for a fight, they wont have to wait long." Cracky said, before leaning back and disappearing in a small mist.
As Cracky finished his sentense Shadows eyes and ears scanned for odd sights or noises. The group, upon looking at Shadow, could tell after the word fight, there was a new look in his eyes. A look of great excitment."Cracky you said those who stray would be in for a fight. Well judging what i can feel coming from these guys i would be perfectly fine." Shadow said.
"Just for the record Screen-man, these guys are angry at you...not us...right? We didn't do anything wrong or illegal did we?"
"Doesn't matter who. All that matters is what they do." Shadow said as he walked a bit behind the rest. "If they do anything i will strike them down." Shadow kept his eyes and ears sharp. "In case they do attack be alert, we don't know what there capable of."
