Ebon saw wallflower gathering wood, and decided to help too. He started to gather some long branches, then he searched for some big leaves. After he found some, he found a bunny, and pitylessly killed it. He took some ligamments and used then to sew the leaves together (yeah. Sewing leaves.) To make a big rectangular-shaped thing. He fixed it to the other branches and made three other pannels (he had to kill two other bunnies. Sorry for that.), But finally, the tent was finished; It was somehow resistent and easy to pack up. The tent, when the pannels where rolled up, wasn't heavy at all, and easy to carry on a pony's back.
(Nooo the bunnies :O) Wallflower sat down by the fire, then looked around an remembered there was more to be done. Still feeling guilty about not helping during the fight, she wandered through the woods collecting berries that she knew were safe, and leaving the ones she didn't recognise alone. Eventually she gathered quite a large stash of delicious wildberries, and returned to the camp.
Ebon saw wallflower coming back with the berries. He looked at them and knew they were safe, recognizing them. "Perfect, we have a nice lunch. Thanks." (Watch out for the bunny brain corner xD)
(I wonder if anypony else is gonna RP with us or if we're all alone...) She smiled at him. "You're welcome," she said, still fairly quiet. She gave him half of the berries and started slowly eating hers, her eyes staring into space as her mind worked behind the scenes.
''Oh, thanks, but no thanks. I don't need to eat. Water is enough to feed me.'' Ebon gave the berries back to Wallflower, smiling, then took a jar from his saddlebag, and drank the water it contained. (I think we really are alone in this Rp, maybe because of the new forum form... And maybe the others just gave up on it.)
(Well, in a few days it'll be deleted, and everypony else gave up on it, then it's not really worth it to move it to the new subforum. But we can still RP until then!) "Oh, but it's not!" said Wallflower. "Everypony needs both food and water to stay in tip-top shape!" She pushed the berries back towards him.
(Hello again! I really just don't feel like posting anything, so if you want to use Winter for anything, you can, I just don't feel like posting right now)
(Humkay, i guess Winter will just follow the group and make some random calls from time to time.) Ebon smiled. ''I ain't needing food. Hunger are chains. I never ate anything in my whole life, so my body doesn't know what hunger is. That's why i feed on water. And, occasionly, for the taste, i chew some smoked fish skin.'' He looked at the berries. ''If you really want me to take these berries, they'll end up in a pouch, in my saddlebag, in case somepony needs a snack. Thank you to share ya food, but i'll pass my turn.''
Wallflower frowned. Food was a biological neccesity, but she could see she wasn't going to win this argument. She just hoped it wouldn't take its toll on his combat skills. She finished her half of the berries, saving the other half until somepony else wanted them.
Now, you shall go to sleep. I'll do the 'guard duties' till the sun's about to raise (half of the night), then i'm gonna sleep too. The first rule in this forest: if you're not alone, one stays awake to guard; if you're alone, you sleep next to your weapon."
(Perfect. So you won't have to panic and run when THIS will appear.) Ebon just sat in front of the fire, when he heard a loud growl behind him. Instantly, fire wings appeared on his back, and he turned to the growl's direction. A large wolf was in fighting stance, and he was about to charge. ''Wallflower! C'mon! Hope you ain't falled asleep yet~!''
Wallflower awoke to a loud growling, and Ebon shouting. She looked up to see an enormous wolf, not 20 meters away, barreling down upon her. She squeaked in surprise, and backpedaling furiously, she instinctively flashed her horn as bright as a magnesium flare for an instant. Afterwards, she couldn't see anything around her; everything was black. She whirled around in a panicked frenzy, until she heard the wolf nearby, yelping with surprise as he realized that he could see absolutely nothing either.
Ebon had closed his eyes at the right moment, just before the light, and wasn't that blinded. He could only see the form of the wolf and it's shadow when it strocke back and attacked uselessly at the air. 'What was that? Anyway: stay focus.', he tought to himself. He tryed to make a fireball at the wof, but since his eyes weren't habitued to the light of his fire wings, he only burnt the ground in front of him. "Are you as blind as me?", he shouted to Wallflower.
Winter got back from his trip in the forest for berries and nuts, and saw the massive wolf and the others blinded for some reason. He quickly looked around and saw a tree that he could climb, but the massive wolf wouldn't be able to. After climbing above the wolf's head he yelled to his comrades, "When you can see, get to a tree!" (No rhyme intended)
Ebon flapped his fire wings, still half-blinded, but he could see the shapes of the trees and the ground under him. "Come on, Wallflower, climb on a tree before that wolf's able to see again!"
(Lol Snow Mark is now Zecora) Wallflower looked around, still a little panicked. She could see a blur of shapes, but nothing coherent enough to make sense. She smacked into the trunk of a tree. Well, that was convenient... she thought. She tried to climb it, but there were no branches low enough to grab hold of and she certainly couldn't just climb up the trunk. She wandered around, hoping for something to hide in or behind or really anything, but all she accomplished was bumping into more trees.
Ebon's eyes returned to normal (dice 19, need 20) and he finally could see something. "Hey, Wallflower, stay where you are, i'm coming."
Hearing Ebon's shout, she stood stock still (lol alliteration) where she was. ...Wait, what was he going to do...?
Ebon dived to Wallflower, and took her in his arms, then deposed her on a tree, leaving her to grab something and not to fall.
