Obsidian walked to the figures and stared into the eyes of Demitry. "Spider god. How deranged. He's a beast." He moved to Jack and stared into the image's eyes. A moment later he jumped back, fear in his eyes. "Mad-man. Super pony. I can see it in his eyes. His plans for the world. I could not see it clearly, but it... it's the end of everything good gods would hold close. It's so deep I can see it in the replica." He shivered and shook his head. Demitry held a thin disk of energy, with a radar effect keeping track of Venquis's location. "He'll be here soon." Jack smiled at him and nodded his head. "Within the week. He's playing something odd. He even knows he can't beat us." Demitry nodded back. "Bless his pitiful mortal soul for trying."
The Night Guards had spent most of the week finding food for the Changelings. It was not difficult to find volunteers. Many ponies were willing to accept being fed on for the opportunity to spend time with lost loved ones. None seemed to care that it wasn't real. Fluttershy had been devastated by the destruction of Everfree. Neary all the animals living at Castle Harmony had been descendants of her beloved "critters." She had become quieter than ever, talking only to Holly and the rabbit that Holly had saved. When he wasn't helping the Night Guards to find volunteers, Silver spent much of his time finding Pegasi for the Dark Princess' newest project. By the end of the week, he had put together a team of the fastest ponies in the Republic. "Silver said you wanted to talk to me..." Rainbow Dash entered Nightmare Moon's room cautiously. "He said it was important. Is something wrong, Moony?" The Dark Princess smiled. "Do you remember our very first meeting, Rainbow Dash? I asked you a question..." She opened a box and held out one of the flight suits that Rarity had worked on all week. "...And now, I ask it again. Will you lead the Shadowbolts?"
(My post from before got deleted accidentally. Here is a replacement post.) "They will be put to death, there will be no such thing as an afterlife for them." Sihana said coldly. She stared into the eyes of a beast, then into the eyes of a madman. Both of them had the same level of fear in their eyes, which gave Sihana pause. She then looked at both of them as the models disappeared as she felt something . She felt a familiar energy, Venquis's energy. "I can feel the Eriborian come closer. He cannot defeat the two of them in conventional combat, but he is up to something. All that i could know is that he could be rescuing us somehow, such as destroying the necklace we are being held inside or stealing it and sending it back to the Republic. I can tell you that this is a risky move by the Eriborian, but it's rewards if it were to be successful will be enormous." She then looked at Somba as the black figure nodded smiling at the goddess before turning around at Obsidian. She smiled at the thought of leaving. "Pack your bag's, we are leaving soon if the Eriborian helps set us free, and all the other unfortunate souls kept inside of here. He is travelling faster, he will arrive within the next hour." Sihana then laughed a little. "With everypony he has ever fought leaving his necklace, his power would be pathetically small. I would love to see the expression on his face."
(Actually. Jack steals power. Sombra was dead, so he got the necklace. Sihana, it would be foolish to let her run free, so necklace. Obsidian's power is him. Not magic or abilities to be stolen. So necklace. It's just the three of them.)
Midnight went to speak to his auntie about his Plague problem. If he were to use it, he was afraid to lose control over his much more powerful form and therefore create a new wave of accidental terror to everyone he knew and loved. He only knew Plague as a monster, a power hungry tyrant in which he was obsessed with ideas of usurping the throne from his mother. He even came close to killing his own mother and his auntie during the eve of the final eclipse. He needed help, and his Auntie was the right one to speak to. Midnight walked around the palace until he then seen his auntie in view.
