He waited at a bench near where the Lights Vengeance has docked. He was to impatient to meet Rashall and ran towards the Lights Vengeance. Running he saw Rashall surrounded ny a pack of wolves he runs up to the wolves and yells "Nice to meet you!". He stick his hoof though a gap of the wolves and shook Rashall's hoof.
As i hear greys message, I say to him "I shall bear your message to Blize". I fly off into the distance, searching for blize which is no where to be found.. I keep reciting the message, ""Fate favors those who are patient. Play your cards right, and you'll have my loyalty." In my head.
Blize hovered in the air meditating on the black pegasus that had offered him his services. Perhaps it would be useful to have another ally. David was a reliable and good pegasus, but still young. Blize did not want him to get hurt in the imminent war and therefore hoped he could have someone other than himself make sure the young pegasus remained unharmed, for he had not unlocked his true power yet. His true power that still only Blize knew even an ounce about. Blize soared through the air trying to think of what values he could offer up to the clouds and then noticed a yellow and blue dot in the distance. He was sure it was David and flew up to it. "David. There you are. What are you doing all the way out here?" Blize asked.
The wolves around Rashall look in surprise, but Rashall just laughs and shakes the ponies hand, "Nice to meet you as well there, now tell me why did you wish to see me?" asks Rashall.
Grey, standing atop a small hill observes Rashall's encounter with the black pegasus. Unfooled by his shadowy exit, watches the dark pegasus hurl in Blize's direction. He cocks his heads as he ponders the strange pony. Shaking his head, he returns his gaze to Rashall and the pony he is speaking to. Satisfied in what he has seen, he lifts his hoof as if checking his watch. With a SNAP!* the fabric of space around him snaps in and out of shape, Distorting light, and bending the space where he stood. With in a few seconds, this normalizes, leaving but emptiness there. *(Audible with 1 mile).
He stands up straight and said "As i have heard you have lost the battle but i say, NO to that so i wish for you to accept me in your army," he said in a very formal voice "My talents is that if i play my violin everyone that can hear it will fall asleep for about a hour through three hours,". He stood up straight and tried to look his best to look tall and strong.
The wolves around Rashall start to size you up with their eyes, Wolf-N-Mane as well looks you up and down. "He has the heart for it and we could outfit him with a Swooping Hawks jump pack if need be." says a somewhat young wolf, you notice that he and the other wolves around Rashall are wearing jump packs on their backs. "There's also the point that Atolli still needs help with defining land marks around the zone." says Wolf-N-Mane. "Very well you can join the Legion, I doubt very much that Lord General Saber would need any use of you. My friend Atolli needs to see me and you shall come along the other leaders will be there so it's only proper that you be introduced, I do hope you do not get nervous." says Rashall with a smile.
A billion happy thoughts surged through his brain after that words Rashall's had said. "I wont get nervous i shall meet the leaders," he said with a awkward smile. Actually he was terribly nervous being with his hero was good enough but now he was going to meet the leaders with Rashall. "But Rashall i don't really know how to use a jet pack and i kinda afraid of flying too so just letting you know now lets go to the meeting!," he yelled
"Calm down there young one." says Rashall chuckling along with the others. You head into a dark room with only one light illuminating a table which has a map draped on it. It is then that you notice a number of ponies and wolves standing around the table all of them look from Rashall to you.
As i meet Blize, i tell him A earthpony named grey had met me. He told me to deliver this message, Play your cards right, and you'll have my loyalty. He is neutral, and is looking to choose a side. I am hoping we will consider this, since we are gravely outnumbered.
His eyes widened to see such a creepy place surrounded by ponies and wolves. "well my name is Clef" he said in a wobbly voice "my abilities is if I play my violin everyone falls asleep" he started to sweat and he nodded a Rashell to do whatever they do in these meetings.
"Please accept him as your new battle brother since he is the newest part of this family. Getting straight to matters at hand Atolli I believe you had something you wanted to tell me." said Rashall adressing a grey colored pony that had black stripes. "Yes Rashall, Blize and his small force are positioned just 15 miles away near dead drop canyon." said Atolli, the others around the table muttered about attacking the enemy force head on. "We will play it safe for now, Vulkan He'stan along with Captain Arar will take there companies to investigate the area. Ikan you and the dragonships will come with my flagship and first fleet and stick behind as back up. While the Lord General here will lead the ground elements. Now to your duties all of you and be careful out there." says Rashall, the others go out leaving you with Rashall and a few other ponies and wolves.
Blize looked at David and smiled. "Very well then. I guess I have two possible allies here. This one you speak of may have to wait until later, for he has given me no way to contact him other than a cryptic message... The other though." Blize hesitated and thought. How was he going to obtain the black pegasus? He felt he might be a very useful ally... But what could he whisper to the clouds? He said to tell him the values of his team. Blize pondered and then looked at David, fluttering and smiled. "David. I need you to find this, Grey, and tell him to meet me as soon as possible in the crater I created a bit ago. Please hurry, and make sure not to get hurt... I need to think for a bit."
David told Blize, "I will go find grey, but i need some armor" As David trys to recount the last position of grey, he begins to cough and feels dizzy.
Blize looked at David. "Armor? Alright..." He thought for a bit and then kicked the armor off his own back. "Here. Take my sky metal armor. It's weighing me down anyways." He gave it to the young pegasus and looked at him concerned. "That cough doesn't sound too good... Make sure you stay safe, and if anything happens on the way there, you know where to find me. Now hurry. I must practice my energy control."
David takes the sky metal armor. David says, "Thank you, *coughs loudly* * I will go try to find grey." As david begins to fly, he falls out of the sky shaking and shuttering. David says, " What.. *coughs* is happening.. *coughs and pukes* to me! "
He was stunned that things went by so fast he looked at Rashall and said "sorry i looked bad," he said quietly. He wiped the sweat off his face and looked around the almost empty room. "So what can i do to help, i wont embarrass you anymore," he looked at Rashall giving him a determined look.
"Don't worry about it, as for what you can do for me, we will see for now follow me and we will get you some armor." says Rashall. As you follow Rashall around the tower you notice you are heading towards two great doors. Odd runes are carved into the pillars and the arch surrounding the door, as the doors open you notice that the interior is a forested area not stone which seems odd. When you walk through the doors it also note that the air seems cooler than that of the rest of the tower, you see some ponies and two wolves approach and then Rashall steps in front of you. "Welcome to the temple of the Avenging Light Clef, welcome to your new home." says Rashall smiling, "You are now apart of my squad."
His eyes started to twitch and his legs were wobbly his jaw dropped "OH MY GOSH!!!!," he screamed. He started to jump everywhere with a creepy smile on his face and hummed a very happy song. He stopped jumping a dashed towards Rashall "thank you thank you thank you thank you," he said until he ran out of breath. He looked around the area and viewed the amazing place.
Blize looked at David falling and chased after him catching just before he hit the ground. "No... This will not do. You're sick... For some unexplainable reason. I'll focus on finding this Grey later. For now though, I need to find someone else to help watch after you in case someone comes and attacks..." Blize set David down and took the armor off of him. "My values... My values... Celestia, I hope this works..." Blize looks for the nearest shadow and whispers into it. "I... I need your services oh mysterious one. You asked me to whisper my values to a shadow to request your services and I need them. My values... Well I care a lot for my friends, those few that I have, and right now my greatest yet youngest ally seems to be having some sort of strange illness taking over him and without someone else to help me then I am sure to lose this war. I can't just abandon David and fight if the time calls for it. So I tell you this. The reason I fight this war is for nothing more than to get in contact with an old friend, a rival if you would. He and I used to play a simple game with each other... and well... His dedication to his imperialistic views have changed him... I need to win this war to change his views and I feel you could help me with this especially right now more than all. So please. Help." Blize stopped and looked up at the sky. He hoped it had worked.
