You feel a slight tug in your harness, you realize that the drop pod is slowing for impact. "Impact twenty-five seconds!" yells Corvus. "Brace yourselves and remember the Pantheon will guide us to victory this day!" yells Rashall in response.
Kidd rushes through a shadow, and is followed closely by a stark white zebra, carrying a pouch. Kidd exclaims, “I did it Captain! I brought someone with me through a shadow! This is Lyne,” he points to the zebra, “He’s my friend who knows all the medicine stuff.” Lyne rushes over to David and removes various tools and herbs from his pouch. As the zebra examines his sick patient, Kidd turns to Blize. “What’s been going on since I left, Cap-…” Kidd stops halfway through his sentence. “Wha!? What is HE doing here? I thought he was on Rashall’s ship? And… What is that beast-thing? Why does it look like that?” Kidd looks back and forth between Grey and Blize. “What is going on!?’
He landed in a huge bang his head hurt and back ached "Rashall! where are we supposed to go" he yelled. He tried to kick the door open but his head hurt to much to open it "HELP!," he screamed banging on the door.
"Calm down Clef, today we go to war in the name of the Pantheon, may they guide us unto victory or unto death. Deploy!" shouts Rashall a concussive bang sounds blowing the doors out in a flower petal like pattern. You look out onto a plain, but one thing catches your eye a purple hole seemingly going nowhere. "Bloodthirster!!!" shouts a wolf, you look to where he is pointing and see a massive creature with the head of a dog and cloven feet. In one hand it carries a huge double headed axe in the other is a whip, horns flank the head to either side. Around the massive beast or countless wolves and ponies and other unsightly things.
His eyes widened in fear to see that beast he shook off his headache and his fear and he took out his violin and yells "Everyone! Cover your ears!" he screams. He puts on his ear plugs as far as it could go and played the highest note he could find and made it sound like it was shoving glass into your ears but he could still hear the faint noise in his ears. The beast screams in agony to hear that horrible sound with his minions screaming too. He stops playing and yells "Lets go there weak!" he yells "CHARGE!".
"I'd hold on there if I where you Clef, look." says Rashall you notice that the beast gets back up and now it's more angry than it was before. "Lord by your will?" asks a wolf near by, Rashall nods his head. The wolf charges at the beast in one had he carries a hammer in the other a shield. The wolf slams the hammer into one leg and then reverses destroying several of the smaller creatures trying to get at him the last of the swing connects with the beasts other leg bringing it to the ground. After this the wolf jumps atop it's head the beast tries to get the wolf off, but the wolf just bashes it upside the head. The beast falls to the ground and then the wolf delivers the finally blow smashing the beasts head into the ground. The vortex that follows swallows up the rest of the creature and then closes. The smaller units continue fighting, but the portal itself starts to close.
He puts his violin back into his pack and grabs his sword. He charges into the battle he slashes into the chest or legs but he was blasted back by a horrifying creature he uses the butt of his sword into what looks like the face and jumped back to his hoofs and stabbed his sword into the chest of the creature. He turns to Rashall to see that he was fighting the same creature but a reddish and blue monster was about to swing at Rashall with a overly spicked mace. He charges at the beast and knocked it off its feet and a wolf had stabbed its sword into the face "Hey Rashall! you got to be careful," he shouts.
OOC: Guys, hey guys. I was gone for one day and. Jeeze guys. *deep breath* Well time to post what I can do... Blize opens his eyes. He must have dozed off sometime after Kidd had left. Careless of him. How simply careless. What had happened he wondered. He looked over at Grey standing over David, with David unconcious on the ground. He then looked at Kidd and the zebra behind him. He took a deep breath. "Kidd... you're back. I must have fallen asleep unexpectedly. I'm glad you brought your friend. Have him tend to David as soon as possible." He walked over to the pony wearing a fez. "You. All I want to know, is what happened? I know this is a small secluded cave, and seeing as how you can't fly, how did you get here? Also what is this beast? I'm assuming you're this Grey I have heard so much about and I would like to know what you're looking for here? Do you want to help? Are you freelance? Do you know something I don't? I sense something dangerous close by and it doesn't seem good."
"Don't worry about me, I can take care of myself. Help Sharpclaw there wrap up here, then we go back up to the ship and will burn this area." says Rashall
He stabs his sword into a dying monster "ok i think that was all of them," he wipes the blood off his face and walks over to Rashall "how are we going to get back up to the ship." He kicks a dead body and walks around to see any living monster "Man i could use a bath," he chuckled.
"Get over here and stand still, magos if you will." says Rashall, you notice a wolf as he nods his head in a positive way. The wolf places a rectangular device on the ground, seconds latter a bright light envelopes you and the others around disappear only to reappear moments latter aboard the Lights Vengeance. "Don't worry about the nausea will pass." says Blacksun.
His head ached once again "Ughh my head," he said "well that was a good battle and i didn't get hurt either well i do smell horrible i am going to the showers now see you later Rashall,". He runs to his dorm and walks in to the bathroom "Ahhh a shower," he sighed he walks into the shower and cleans all the dried blood on his mane and skin. After a 10 minute shower he walks back to Rashall "hey Rashall what are you doing,".
"Rashall is indisposed at the moment. You can either wait here or talk to one of your squad members for what you are to do." says a wolf outside of Rashalls chambers.
"Oh well thanks for the tip," he said "well i should really see one of them,". He runs around the ship trying to find one of his squad mates he runs into one of the wolves Blacksun "hey one of the wolves said to find one of my squad mates and say what am i to do,".
OOC: Reply to Blize on last page. Grey turns to look at Blize. "Yes I am Grey." he turns back to David, now wrapped in Grey's cloak, "That beast? That is an iceotaur. Related to minotaurs, but prefer colder climates." Grey turns back to Blize, now looking him in the eye. "So far, I'm here as an arbiter. Nothing more." He throws some more wood on the Small fire he has going, a kettle of hot water over it, "As for how I got here, Heights, walls, doors, stone, metal and the like. They do little to stop me." He looks around the cave a little more, and adds, Addressing the comment mostly to himself, "Unless that is I miss. An accuracy of within 50ft isn't brilliant." He walks over to looks at the other occupants of the cave, "Your timing is good, but we cannot lay in wait much longer, Blize' sense of danger is not misplaced." "Now if you'll excuse me." He turn to sit back down by the fire, And continues to bandage his damaged appendages from the fight. "Also, I wouldn't touch the iceotaur if I were you. Lest you wish to fight it again."
Kidd studies the one called Grey. He still does not understand exactly how he got there. He asks, “So… uh… Grey? What were you doing on Rashall’s ship? And what were you planning with the engines?” Before Kidd can finish his thought, Lyne begins to talk, “Kidd, Blize, We have a problem.” Lyne has replaced his tools and herbs in his pouch, and furrows his brow as he speaks, “I can’t find anything wrong with David.” Kidd raises his eyebrows; he had never seen a problem Lyne could not fix. He asks, “So you can’t figure out what’s wrong with him?” Lyne looks darkly at Kidd, Blize, and Grey. After a few seconds of silence, he speaks, “No, that is not the problem. The real problem is… David is absolutely fine. The only evidence that he is sick is the spots. Other then that, he’s in top physical condition.”
David begins to feel something inside his throat. He has trouble breathing and begins to hyperventilate. David says, "my throat, *coughs*, i cannot breath.
(back at where aboard the Lights Vengeance) "There are two things you can do Clef, two areas of the ship I can show you. Either we can head to the Librarius or we can head to the Cathedral the choice is yours." says Blacksun
Grey turns to Lyne, A look of urgency on his face. "Tell me you have Epinephrine on you." then as an afterthought, "Or at least, something that stimulates its production."
Lyne rushes back over to David. “His throat?” he pulls out multiple tools, and franticly checks David’s throat. “This is what I’m talking about! He’s absolutely fine! There is nothing restricting airflow, no swelling, and there should be no problem!” Lyne looks back to Grey. "Epinephrine? I have some, but it's in a raw state. It should be refined before taken in any way, lest the patient suffer horible poisoning"
