She looked over at him innocently.
Nothing happened. "Did you get it?"
Her eyes widened and she looked at him seriously. "Warner... I had no idea."
He tilted his head. "Huh?"
"You just told me that you were in love with me."
"I didn't say that."
"It's okay, Warner, you don't have to be embarrassed."
"But I was thinkin' about food.."
"Enamour and hunger are very similar."
"Are they?"
"Oh, yeah."
"I didn't know that. How?'
"I don't know, but I'm right."
"I don't think so."
"No, I am. Let's go ask Zad about the fire tree."
He squinted but sighed. "Fine. Let's go."
She headed off confidently.
He followed, folding his arms.
