"You didn't want to hurt me, right?"

 

"Well, I was trying to hurt you, if that makes you feel better."

 

"Yeah. I'm not very good at it."

 

"You're not good at hugging," she complained.

 

"You're too stiff."

 

She laughed slightly, pulling away and kissing his cheek affectionately.

"Better. We'll work on it. I'm going to go back to Warner, okay?"

 

"Always," she said playfully, heading away. "Don't be a little *squee!*! Chill out!"

 

Her laughter could be heard as she headed down the hallway.

She entered her room a while later, looking for Warner.

 

She came next to him, brushing his hair back before going to leave a note for him.

"Hey, hottie,

I went to go train for a while. I love you. You might want to get fresh bandages when you wake up.

See you soon.

She kissed the note, her pink lip balm leaving a mark on the paper, and she set it on the bedside table before leaving the room.

 

Addie was sitting in the courtyard, her head pounding as she attempted to manage the space vacuum with her hands. She whimpered slightly, squeezing her eyes shut.
