She shrugged slightly, her brow furrowing. "It's not like I think they hate me or anything, but c'mon, Warns. They talk to me out of necessity. It's not a big deal. I understand it."
She laughed slightly, still playing with the water, although her mood diminished somewhat. "You don't know that."
She paused, tilting her head back to look at him, her dark brows furrowed. "I guess that's true," she allowed with a nod.
She paused for a moment before leaning back against him, resting her head on his chest thoughtfully. "I'm in love with you, you know," she said after a moment, her wet hair cold against his skin.
She stood up, bubbles still on her shoulders, and she wrapped a towel around herself, stepping out delicately.
She rubbed his back gently before heading into the main room, going over to his drawers to look for clothing.
