She paused for a moment before standing up and grabbing her guitar. She sat on the edge of the bed before starting to play a quick, upbeat, familiar tune.
"I know you do," she replied smoothly as she played. "Or at least... I hope you do. It's one of the most popular songs from the 20s, so unless you were a hermit, you knew this song."
She raised an eyebrow before singing softly. She had a beautiful voice, although she kept it soft; it was sweet and warm and lilting. "Yes sir, that's my baby, No sir, I don't mean maybe, Yes sir, that's my baby now..."
He laughed before singing as well. His voice had a rough ring to it. It was rather good and attractive. "Yes, ma'am, we've decided No ma'am, we won't hide it Yes, ma'am, you're invited now."
She looked up at him, almost in surprise, her lips curving into an adoring smile as she continued. "By the way, by the way, when we reach the preacher I'll say, with feeling..."
She squinted at him for a moment before setting down her guitar gently and looking up at him. There was a silence for a moment before she leaped at him, pinning him down on the bed and kissing him deeply.
