He blinked, his expression blanking. It was obvious he wasn't really thinking when he spoke. "You okay?"
She paused for a moment, clearly irritated. "No, Warner. I'm angry and I'm frustrated and I'm just..." She exhaled sharply, leaning back against the wall and resting her head back tiredly. "I'm so scared of *squee!*ing this up."
She shook her head slowly and slid down to sit on the ground, pulling her knees to her chest. "No, I don't think so." She was quiet for a moment, her brows furrowed. "Warner, this could really be it, you know? If I *squee!* up, it's all over. Everything."
She sniffled for a moment, not making eye contact. "What if I can't do it?" she asked after a moment. "I mean, I can't even take Zad in a fight without him beating me up. I don't think I can do this."
"Zad is super powerful. Like.. He's existed for a long time. Longer than you and me combined. It's not unusually he's able to beat you, especially when you're by yourself."
She looked up at him suddenly and he would see that there were tears in her eyes. "Yeah, Warns, but if I can't take Zad, I sure as *squee!* can't take Michael. Michael has existed for a long time. Michael is super powerful. And Zad won't even fight me because he's worried about hurting me, but *squee!*ing Michael can end my entire existence with a snap of his *squee!*ing finger." She shrugged listlessly. "I'm frightened, Warner. I'm really *squee!*ing scared."
He went over to her, brushing her cheek. "I know, I know. But Addie, if Angel's didn't think that the person they summoned wouldn't be capable of defeating him, then they probably wouldn't have summoned at all."
She exhaled shakily, resting her head on his shoulder. "The angels thought wrong," she replied quietly. "Something is really wrong here."
She shook her head slowly, burying her face in his neck. "I'm so... God. I'm sorry I'm being like this."
