They got back home and Addie collapsed on the bed, looking up at the ceiling. “That was fun.”
He nodded, lying beside her. "It was."
She looked over at him with a small smile. "You're my favorite person."
He returned her gaze with a grin. "That's a high honor."
"It really is," she said, scooting over to him and kissing him lightly.
He sighed, his hand on her jaw. "Are you tired?"
"A little. It's one in the morning."
He chuckled. "Let's get some sleep then."
She nodded agreeably, reaching for him.
He wrapped his arms around her, pulling up the blankets.
She rested her head in his neck, closing her eyes. "Are we stinky? I'm pretty sure we're stinky."
"Should we shower first?"
"Probably..."
He nodded, getting up.
She sat back in the bed, squinting at him thoughtfully.
He went to the bathroom.
She sat up, watching him thoughtfully from the bed.
He looked back at her with a tilted head.
"Am I coming with you?" she asked, amused.
