The Upside Down (For Eluuna)

Alone in the back, she opened her hand and it filled with water. She watched it with curious, almost catlike green eyes before making it evaporate. A flame danced around her fingertips, and she rested her head in her free hand.

 

She screamed, tossing a handful of water at Warner.

 

She looked at him, eyes wide.

"When did you get here?!"

 

She seemed confused and a little concerned.

"What? Why would you do that?"

 

She seemed very confused at this point.

"Upset? Why would I be upset?"

 

"I wanted to do something else."

 

"Well, was I going to get anywhere?"

 

She squinted at him, coming over to him.

"Really?"

 

"Tell me honestly. Were you going to let me plant a flower on your head?"

 

Her brow furrowed.

"Where?"
