"ok" Red walked in and and once Scantum followed the door suddenly slammed shut leaving them in total darkness. Then a sudden panel came from the cave wall and Red put her hoof on the green scanner in the middle then another door opened. The new room was large and several spy like gadgets were lined on the walls. Ponies walked around in science coats and carried clipboard. "Welcome to headquarters."
"We uh.. stole some of it.. ok most of it.. all of it." she laughed. A mare, wearing a coat and a clipboard came up to them and spoke, "The Queen would like to speak to you both."
"Uh no.. Queen Nightmare Night.." Red quickly said before the mare could get a word in. "Ill explain on the way.."
"Nightmare Night is our Queen here in the D.v.L, Dark v Light Even though she isn't exactly the Queen, the gem at the Galloping Gala is actually Celestia's worst weakness. It is up to us to steal and give it to Queen Nightmare to take down Celestia and let darkness rise." Red explained ass she led the way down a large corridor into a meeting room.
Sanctum walked into the meeting room & leaned against the wall,"take down light? Well, wasn't quite expecting that job…"
"Its more then it sounds, its basically going to be an all out war.. only we wont be fighting it.. wont we my Queen?" Red bowed as Nightmare Night arrived from the shadows. "You are correct Red X, once I get my hooves on the gem, then night will rise and the Canterlot castle will fall."
"If you and Red succeed in getting what I desire, you two will have special permission to either fight or stay behind. After the war you two will be given your pay plus more." Night explained. "Sweet! so I can push the red button thingy on the missels?" Red said excitingly
"like I said, Im hoping it doesn't come to that." Night said as she slid a map to Red and Sanctum. "This is the map of the Gala and where its safe to enter."
