Snow brought her away from the others, into a quiet room where nobody could hear them, even if they put their ears against the walls. She shut the door and locked it, a simple twist lock on the knob. "Charlie, I know you're angry for what my moth- um, for what Chrysalis did... and I'm sorry..." Snow's eyes started sending their watery foot soldiers of pain and sadness down her cheeks. "Please, Charlie... take it out on me. This is your chance, so please don't hold back..." Snow begged.
Charlie turned her back, knowing if she hurt a single hair on Snow she would be pinned down by Dusk like before.
"Don't worry, if he finds out, or anybody else, I'll tell them I attacked you..." Snow moved closer to her, "Please... you need to have your revenge... so start with me... All I want is to be your friend... even though that will never happen...." Snow hadn't noticed a wickedly sharp switchblade lying on the floor near her.
Charlie back away, "I just can't, I'm not violent I just don't trust easily." She snapped. "Now leave me alone about it!" Charlie yanked the door open and stormed out.
Just then, a rippling muscular zombie grabbed her, and squeezed hard. It laughed, and quarantine doors locked all around them. It was just this giant beast, Charlie, and Snow. Snow saw the beast, "Charlie!" She called, grabbing the switchblade she saw on the floor. She stabbed it in the hand, but it only swatted her away, and with force. "Don't you hurt her! She's my friend!" Snow shouted, stabbing it in its throat. The beast staggered backwards, dropping Charlie, as if to try to stop the pain. It began regenerating its lost parts, instead. Six large, grotesque legs sprouted from its abdomen as it charged at them, letting out an unearthly, highly disturbing scream of anger. Snow ran to Charlie, and grabbed her, jumping out if the creature's way. It roared at them again, swiping with viciously clawed appendages.
Charlie was in no mood for this but she knew better. Charlie switched out her blades indicating she means business it didn't attack. "I've had enough of you monsters!" She snarled.
The abomination screamed and charged, smacking into Charlie and knocking her away. Snow wasn't so lucky; she was pierced through by a bony structure on its shoulder. It slammed into the wall, and spat a disgusting goo, gluing her there. It grabbed Charlie, ignoring her stabs, and did the same, sticking her on top of Snow, facing her. Then the beast stalked off. "Ch-Charlie? I'm sorry for getting us into this..." They were a good four feet off the ground, and Charlie's switchblades were a ways away. "Um... I still have my knife..." Snow whimpered. Thoughts of Snow slitting her throat filled Charlie's mind.
Charlie cursed and struggled against the goop. "DUSK!?" She yelled still struggling against the wall. "YURI?! BRYZ!?" she called for the others hoping one of them hears here.
Dusk shakes his head, "Buck! We can't do a thing until this quarantine lets up! Buck! Buck! Buck!" He cursed angrily. Yuri whimpered softly, "I-I'm small enough to fit through the ventilation shafts... there should be a manual release in the other side, if you'll tell me the codes, Dad..." Dusk hugged her, and kissed her cheek, "Go, but be careful..." He tossed her his revolver. "Charlie, I think I can cut us out of here! But you have to stop screaming and trust me for once, please!" Snow pleaded, getting the knife up near her shoulder. "I'll cut you out first, alright? And you can either leave me or save me as well, deal?" Snow's eyes showed only love and trust, with not a single hint of treachery or evil intentions anywhere in her stark-white eyes. The roar returned, getting closer.
Snow grumbled something and cut her loose, but dropped the knife in the process. "Um, Charlie? A little help?" Snow asked as the gooey substance formed back into a prison. "Charlie? W-what's with that look?" Snow asked, watching Charlie's face contort into a twisted smile. "Charlie, please! Don't leave me here!" Snow begged.
"I'm not going anything!!" Charlie was getting annoyed. "I'm stuck in case you haven't noticed!" She yelled.
"Stuck? But you're over..." Snow was hallucinating badly, as Charlie had just teleported to another corner of the room, then right in front of her, "there?" The Charlie she thought she'd seen was actually a dangerously realistic figment of her overwhelming madness. "What? Ow! Charlie? H-how are you -ahh!- doing that!? S-stop! It hurts!" Snow pried herself from the wall, but Charlie was still there. "Hey, unngh! Stop!" Strange cuts and bruises were appearing all over Snow's body.
"Like I said I'm not doing anything!!" Charlie reached the blade she had strapped to her back leg and cut herself free. She fell to the floor and bolted passed grabbing Snow.and busted open the door. She threw Snow to Dusk and slammed the door closed blocking it with a lead pipe between the handles.
