GearGrind sighed before he sat down to listen to whatever else was said. As usual, he was being ignored by everypony. Maybe I can invent something to make myself easier to be heard. Like some sort of sound amplifying device...
"Dear dreams, this is boring, I just might fall asleep, and it's evening!" SD thought to himself. He looked around and saw a grease-covered unicorn standing away from the group, he half flew-half walked which he did quite a lot. "Hey.." Even though he said it softly it still startled the pony who was deep in thought. "Sorry, didn't mean to startle you." He said very calmly.
"Oh, hey there," GearGrind replied as he regained his composure. "Sorry, I tend to space out a lot." The inventor pony wiped some grease off his hoof and extended it in hoofshake. "My name's GearGrind. As you can probably tell by the oil, I'm an inventor, particularly with mechanics and engines."
Zephyr shrugged as the rude pony passed by him paying him no mind. He looked around at the ponies around him, things were moving slowly, it was time to get them moving. "Sooo.... What're we doing exactly? We should go over and show this guy who's boss!" An excited smile spread across his face as he said this. He flew over to Yan and shook her and he pony adjacent to her "Come on! This should be some easy bits, let's get going!"
Yan's eyes managed to somehow light up even more. "Easy bits...What are we waiting for then, C'mon Edge, lets go beat this guy"

The warm air hit novasteak as he exited his small house and the world seemed quite peacefull. But in Nova's heart something was wrong. A fell pony from one of the house's steped out and said "houdy Nova" Nova looked at the pony with a small worried look and said "Hello.." after saying hello, Nova set out on his small adventure he planned to the forest in the distance.
SD extended a hoof to the greasy pony and shook them together. "Inventor? Well I'm a *yawn* bit of an inventor too. I created the *yawn* softest pillow in all of Equestria... Speaking of which *yawn* Princess, I have your fresh pillows right *yawn* here." SD reached in his right pack and pulled out two pillows the colors of Celestia's mane. He walk-flew over to the throne and placed one pillow on it. He gave the other to a guard who took it to her room. "Where would *yawn* you like Luna's?" He asked the Princess. "Oh, do the same with them too. Thank you Sleepy." Celestia told him. He took two pillows the colors of Luna's mane and put one on the other throne. He gave the other one to another guard.
As Nova was walking through the forest he thought he hoofsteps behind him. Nova cousiously looked at the dusty trail of twigs and leaves behind him and said "Anypony there?". He stopped for a moment to hear a reply but the forest remain silent. Trying to forget his suspicions he continued through the forest.
(Sorry for the late post, I have school and I will only post on the weekends) Celestria began to lose herself in thought; it has been so long since Plague had been defeated. “Wait!” she cried out before the hero’s left the palace. “Before you go, I have advice on Plague.” Everypony suddenly looked the Princess, looking eager for their reward and advice. “You see, Dark Plague grew up in the palace after his parents abandoned him on the doorstep. He was taught by me and the best magic teachers in all of Equestria. After he got older, he became legendary with magic but soon lost his good nature and desired to become a king. So he and 4 of his friends (who later became his general’s) tried to create an uprising against my rule. He walked into the palace room and demanded me to step down. I said no, so he decided to take it with force. I never understood how gifted he actually was with magic until he was about to deal the final blow. I bucked him and quickly cast him into a stone stab which he could not escape. The rest of the uprising quickly stopped after his defeat and his friends were also cast into stone stab’s for high treason.” “But there is one thing that I can tell you that caused his downfall. If you Believe in you ability’s, you can overcome any obstacle. Now I have advice for you, you should go see my student Twilight Sparkle in the Ponyville library for some help on your quest. Goodluck”
Meanwhile in Fillydelphia…. Plague and his “Worker’s” had created a gigantic tower in the middle of what used to be a large park. The tower is 60 stories high, was protected by 10 meter high concrete walls on each side, had a incredible amount of security and had a magic shield (Which Plague created himself) which made it impossible for a pegasi attack on the tower. Plague sat in his throne, he had recently undertaken a forbidden ritual with his resurrected general’s to try and make him an Alicorn. He was tired and was not in a very good mood. The Main room’s door opened to show 2 infected Royal Guard’s carrying a grey earth pony into the room. Plague looked at the poor earth pony on his knees. The Earth pony looked at Plague in fear, he did not know what was going to happen next. “State your name” Plague ordered to the Pony “My name… Why should I tell you my name you murderer” Pony said to the “King of Fillydelphia” Plague was not amused by the pony’s smart attitude. “Because if you don’t, you will never see the light of day again.” This time the pony tried to attack Plague, not the smartest idea the pony ever had. Plague flew behind him in an instant and bucked him into a wall, sending the pony straight through it. The grey pony was unconscious. “Infect him” Plague ordered to the guards. The Pony was taken outside the room and was never seen uninfected again. “I hate it when they do that.” Plague sarcastically said as he looked the horizon. The Sky was a very dark grey and it was just about to rain in Ponyville. “Now that my army is about to arrive, I guess that I should take the other cities in the process and then Canterlot.” He said to his generals, who had teleported just after the grey pony was taken away. “You know what to do……”

(Let's just go ahead and skip the 'leaving' part. OP said he can only respond on weekends so let's make the best use of our time shall we?) The group had made it's way from the magestic mountains of Canterlot to the Pony-filled fields of Ponyville. They approached the entry gates to the town, some complained, others griped, and others yawned, a lot. In the front of the group was Zephyr, who was lazily hovering backwards. He looked over his belly and back at the group. "Come on guys, Hurry up!" He had gotten slightly irritated. Why were they moving so slow? Was it that he was moving faster in excitement for what may come? He did that sometimes. Zephyr spun around and looked behind him. The small bustling town that was Ponyville was behind him, though it being the middle of the night many had gone to bed except for the occasional stray pony. A couple of the small shops and houses scattered around the town still had their lights on, but not many, giving the town a dim ambient glow. A gigantic tree stood in the town center making it easily visible from the groups location. Something was off about the tree though, something unusual. The tree itself had windows built into it, and they were among those that still had lights on to boot. Zephyr thought to himself 'Who would live inside of a tree? That's insane! What are they, an owl?' Something catches his eye, upon further inspection of the house he had noticed a peculiar little sign that read "Library" "Well that makes our job easier." he mumbled to himself. He does an about-face and flys back towards the group. Landing behind the rest of them he begins to push Sleepy Dreams along the ground; which manages to make a few others move as well. "Put a little skip in your step, the town is right there!" tl;dr: We're at the town now, Zephyr is pushing Sleepy along the ground to make him hurry up.
Edge sighed about this energetic pony he was walking to fast he didn't want to see what lies ahead in Phillydelphia but he also noticed the sign that said library. "Ah! We are at Twilight Sparkle's house already that was fast maybe I can finally convince her that my fortunes are not fake," he smiled, "Come on guys! we are almost at ponyville we can gather all belongings, food, and all that stuff!," he exclaimed, he dashed off towards the town leaving a pile of dust behind.
GearGrind adjusted his glasses before trotting after the others. His mind was already racing with thoughts on how to counter such powerful unicorn magic without impeding any good unicorns. Perhaps some sort of machine to disable any magic in the area. However, that could cause serious problems for myself and others. Without my magic, I'm still okay, but others rely more heavily on it. He lowered his head slightly as he approached the door. Maybe Twilight Sparkle has some good ideas. She usually does. Two horns are better than one, as they say.
Twilight Sparkle opened the door to find a few pony's at the enterance. "Something told me i would have vistors today. come in." (sorry guys i just really wanted to play twilight sparkle again lol *please don't get mad at me*) *While Nova was on his journey he had found a rare jem and decide to visit the library in ponyvillie.* Nova looked down at the ground and said *This jem reminds me of something i just don't know what."
Yan was a bit more direct in her approach, bursting through the library doors and asking loudly "Sparkle Sparkle, wait no what was it? Starlight Sprinkle? No...Pony Celestia told us to meet, do you have any information, gear, and or anything that would be useful to us defeating an evil pony probably plotting to destroy us all. Also some food wold be nice." Yan didn't quite understand the glares she was getting from some of her companions, all she had done was ask for what Celestia had said, did it really that she had been direct about it when there were so many bits at stake...and Equestria, of course she hadn't forgotten about that.
"It's TWILIGHT SPARKLE and yes I may have something in my library of books for you problibly over here" at that moment Twilights horn glowed a purple glow and a Blue and gold book that read [Ancient Ponie Artifacts] flew down from the shelf right onto a desk. Twilight walked towards the book and said "Their are many you need and which on exactily are you looking for?"
Zephyr hovered over to the book and picked it up. He blew some dust off of it before opening it and scrolling through a few pages. His expression remained blank for a short moment before he closed his eyes and promptly threw the book backwards carelessly. "BORING" he said in a loud voice. His opened to the sight of an irritated purple mare standing before him. "What?" He scratched the back of his head and looked around to the others to see if they had shared his confusion, all of the others seemed to know what was coming except for Yan. After a moment of awkward silence, Zephyr met Twilight's gaze and spoke up. "We don't exactly know what we're looking for, we were just told to come here to look for some 'help on our quest'" He made a sarcastic hoof gesture upon saying the last bit. "So what've you got for us, Sprinkle?" He smiled enthusiastically.
Edge came busting the door "I'm back with my belongs and good,", he said, "hey twilight!,", He started walking towards a table and started taking out some apples "anyone want some?," he questioned. He started to eat a apple and looked at twilight "hey Twilight! wouldn't you like for your fortune to be told!," he exclaimed, "they are authentic as pinkie's pinkie sense go maybe I shouldn't have ate that colorful flower," he laughed. He started to eat more of the apple and feel to the floor, "I guess this is what my fortune meant," he mumbles and he passed out.
