^ My thoughts exactly. The Changeling Queen might have beat Celestia one to one, but didn't Nightmare Moon also do that for Celestia to be captured? I mean, she is ACTUALLY kidnapped in the first episode, so that's just my theory. As for the Changeling Queen herself, I loved her character, loved her design, and loved her voice, so in my books she's probably my favourite villain (both disguised as Cadence and Swiss Cheese Pony). But, I have to admit, her only real strong power was the power of love, which she doesn't have access to in many places. Apart from that, she's just sneaky.
This really makes me wish there was a RTS based on this battle. Chrysalis and her army Vs. Nightmare Moon and Night Guards.
