Dune closed his eyes and a series of whirlpools of sand formed, spitting up Esy and Knight. "Hey guys!" Dune said, happily, which to them was unusual.
"Well.. That works!" Charlie pulled out the map and passed it around to the others. "Now if I remember correctly, I heard this element was somewhere out in the open totally exposed but it's so obvious no pony noticed its even there." Charlie scanned over the horizon, the night brought bitter coldness nipping at each of thier skins. Charlie shivered and jumped down from the rock. "Oh here's ur bow back Esy!"
Dune walked over close to Charlie and put a protective sand blanket over her to warm her up. "We've got a track on another element." He explained
"It's in plain view.. Why risk putting it in plain view?" Charlie huddled more under the blanket trying to stay warm. "This is going to be tougher then I thought."
Dune reached out with a sand arm and grabbed it. "Yep. You found it for me. Nice job Esy!" Dune said, patting Esy on the head with the sand arm. He gave the element to Charlie. "Everypony has a skill to help." He said.
"Umm.. I don't think it's that easy." as if on cue the ground beneath them began to rumbled and crack apart. A black blanket began to rip through the seams turning the ground all black. Charlie screamed as she relies the blankets were really tiny spiders breaking out of the nest. They crawled up her leg but that was the lease of her worries. Large legs began to peak through till a large arachnid broke through. Charlie was stuck on one side of the cannon and the rest on the others. The spider made some sort of noise, it was way bigger the Celestia herself and it had to be only a creature Discord could come up with.
Dune jumped across the canyon on a cloud of sand, and the spiders on Charlie attacked him. He blew off his sand armor, killing the small ones, only for more to bite his neck, drawing blood. "No...no!" He screamed, blood pouring from his hoof as he went psycho, a vortex of sand swirling around him, blowing all of the spiders away. "Ahhahahaha! Do you like the sour taste?" He asked the large spider, throwing blood soaked sand at it.
The spider is barely hurt, it turned and hisses at Knight as it tries to swat him down. The tiny spiders begin to form together and make a hand as it tried to grab Dune and get him away from the elements Charlie carried.
Dune's own hand gripped the spider hand. "Let's see who gets five bits!" He said insanely, struggling to push the arm to the ground. "Ohh you're strong! But I'll be stronger in the end!" He said, slowly pushing to protect Knight.
