Great ending to a wonderful season! I finally came around to finishing S4. Cool that they decided to bring back a G1 villain. Liking Twilight's new library/castle. So we'll see how they implement the rainbow power in "Rainbow Rocks." Season 5, come soon!
it was a great finale i watched it about a week ago but, i was sad to see i had caught up to the series and now i have to wait what i heard would be a year for the next season (i was watching multiple episodes a day for quite a while)
Well at first when I watched this finale, I thought it seemed rushed and a little tacted on, the more I rewatch it and all of season 4, the more I appreciate it when I begin to understand what Hasbro was trying to do. It may not be the most ingenious way to end a season or direction to take the series, but despite it's shortcomings the finale sticks to the spirit that Faust originally set out for the show. Showing a committal to friendship for Twilight, even in the face of adversity was a good touch for her character that after a near-season of humbling, I thought was redemption worthy. Overall a great finale for an average-to above-average season.
