Frozen stroked her mane, gently, with his hoof. He smiled down at her. Poor mare, she probably never got to rest this easy.
Celestia smiled as he stroked her mane. It had been so long since ahe could sleep that well, even more with her lover. That just made it way better. After a while she started snoozing.
(Giving us an opportunity for timeskip) Eventually, Frozen settled in and fell asleep against his lover.
(Yep) Celestia kept snuggling him and as she slept, she used her magic to cover both of them with the bed sheet. --- the next morning --- Tia was the first one to wake up. It was around 5:45 am and she got ready to bring up the sun. That night of sleep, it was... perfect.
"F-frozen?" Tia said worried about him as he slept. The way he was moving, and convulsing, surly he was having a nightmare. "I-I'll go and get my sister!" She said hoping he could hear her. She quickly got off he bed and went for Luna.
Frozen ran as fast as he could through the snowy forest. Something was chasing him, staying constantly just outside of his range of vision. He could hear it trampling the snow as it drew ever closer.
"Sister, Frozen need your help." Tia said once she found them. "He is having a nightmare, right? I could feel it." Luna replied. She sighed. "Lets go then." The three of them went to the room. "Had you practiced the spell my love?" Luna asked darky once in there. He nodded. Luna smiled and nuzzled him. "Good, because we are going to use it." She said as he blushed. The horns of both of then glowed and both went into his dream.
Frozen felt himself flung through the underbrush by a kinetic force. Branches snapped and whipped him as he was flung to the ground. A shadow emerged from the trees then, looming over him. Frozen's horn began to glow as he pushed baxk against his assailant, but slowly found himself becoming overpowered.
A pair of beams came out f nowhere and hit the shadow figure. Luna and Darky charged against it to protect Frozen from it.
The creature, which seemed to be a twisted shadowy facsimilie of Frozen, roared at Luna and Darky. The lasers had weakened and distracted it, but it still raged blindly.
Luna fired another beam as Darky charged against it for a close quarter combat, using his shield and sword. Luna gave him cover fire with her beams.
Both Luna and Darky flew down to where he was. "..." Luna was not sure what to say, even though she didn't liked him, Tia almost loved him, she knew that, she could see her in her eyes when she came to ask for their help. She sighed and her horn glowed, slowly healing his wounds.
